Abstract

Pembangunan jalan tol Semarang – Demak merupakan bagian dari mega proyek jalan tol Trans Jawa. Pembangunan jalan tol ini direncanakan di atas lahan yang berfungsi sebagai tambak dengan kondisi tanah lunak. Maka dari itu digunakan struktur elevated dengan metode slab on pile pada hampir seluruh bagian jalan tol. Struktur pada slab on pile terdiri dari slab (pelat), pile head, dan tiang pancang. Konsep perencanaan struktur ini harus tahan terhadap gempa agar tidak mengalami kegagalan struktur. Inovasi teknologi beton saat ini banyak menggunakan sistem konstruksi beton pracetak pategang. Penggunaan pelat berongga menawarkan keuntungan dibandingkan pelat beton padat konvensiaonal, seperti pengurangan material dan peningkatan efisiensi struktural. Sistem pelat berongga secara signifikan lebih ringan daripada pelat datar dengan tetap mempertahankan kemampuan untuk memiliki bentang besar.
Perhitungan alternatif perencanaan jalan tol Semarang – Demak Paket 2 ini, menggunakan acuan atau pedoman yang berlaku di Indonesia. Untuk perhitungan pembebanan struktur menggunakan acuan RSNI T-02-2005 untuk beban angin, SNI 1725:2016 untuk beban tetap dan beban hidup, dan SNI 2833:2016 untuk beban gempa. Untuk perhitungan voided slab menggunakan acuan Standar Konstruksi Jembatan Type Pretensioned Precast Concrete Voided Slab (1980) dan Pedoman Konstruksi dan Bangunan Pd T-02-2004-B. Untuk perhitungan pile head menggunakan acuan SNI T-12-2004. Untuk perhitungan pondasi tiang menggunakan acuan buku Daya Dukung Pondasi Dalam, Herman Wahjudi (1999).
Setelah melakukan serangkaian analisa perhitungan struktur, didapatkan profil voided slab dengan dimensi 970 mm × 570 mm, dan pondasi tiang pancang spun pile dengan diameter 600 mm. Lalu dimensi pile head sebesar 1400 mm × 750 mm dengan tulangan lentur atas dan bawah masing – masing 10 D19 serta tulangan geser D16 – 200. Estimasi biaya didapat nilai sebesar Rp 213.952.149.720,- dengan harga satuan bahan yang diperoleh dari AHSP Kota Semarang Tahun 2020.

The construction of the Semarang – Demak toll road is part of the Trans Java toll road mega project. The construction of this toll road is planned on land that functions as a pond with soft soil conditions. Therefore, an elevated structure with the slab on pile method is used in almost all parts of the toll road. The structure of the slab on pile consists of a slab (plate), pile head, and piles. The design concept of this structure must be earthquake resistant so as not to experience structural failure. Currently, many concrete technological innovations use stifled precast concrete construction systems. The use of hollow slabs offers advantages over conventional solid concrete slabs, such as reduced material and increased structural efficiency. Hollow plate systems are significantly lighter than flat plates while retaining the ability to have large spans.
The calculation of the alternative planning for the Semarang – Demak toll road Package 2, uses references or guidelines that apply in Indonesia. For the calculation of structural loading, the reference is to RSNI T-02-2005 for wind loads, SNI 1725:2016 for fixed and live loads, and SNI 2833:2016 for earthquake loads. For the calculation of the voided slab using the reference for Bridge Construction Standard Type Pretensioned Precast Concrete Voided Slab (1980) and Construction and Building Guidelines Pd T-02-2004-B. For the calculation of the pile head using the reference SNI T-12-2004. For the calculation of the pile foundation using the reference book Carrying Capacity of Deep Foundations, Herman Wahjudi (1999).
After conducting a series of structural calculations, the voided slab profile with dimensions of 970 mm × 570 mm was obtained, and the spun pile foundation with a diameter of 600 mm was obtained. Then the pile head dimensions are 1400 mm × 750 mm with 10 D19 upper and lower flexural reinforcement and D16 – 200 shear reinforcement. The estimated cost is Rp 213.952,149,720,- with the unit price of the material obtained from AHSP Semarang City in 2020.
