Abstract

Pelaksanaan proses pengisian, pengendalian berat, dan pendistribusian pada fase pengemasan di PG Djatiroto dilakukan secara manual sehingga sangat menentukan beratnya produk tidak akurat dikarenakan beberapa faktor seperti kelelahan pekerja, kurangnya aspek sesuai standar operasional prosedur, dan celah diantara waktu pengisian. Sehingga pada fase ini mengalami ketidak-akuratan ukur berat produk dengan error rate berkisar dari 0,15 kilogram – 0,5 kilogram per 50 kg pengemasan. Berdasarkan kondisi ini, dapat disimpulkan bahwa pengemasan manual memiliki persentase error sebesar 0,3 % hingga 1%. Besarnya ketidak-akuratan ukur akan memberikan dampak yang signifikan dalam jangka panjang.
Maka dari itu, pada proyek akhir ini dibuat suatu sistem yang dapat memberikan keakuratan ukur pada mesin pengisian dengan memanfaatkan metode fuzzy logic untuk memperkecil celah waktu pengisian dan memberikan ketepatan ukur pada pengendalian berat.
Hasil kinerja dari implementasi mesin filling dengan metode fuzzy pada fase pengemasan gula di PG Djatiroto dapat meningkatkan akurasi pengemasan produk sebesar 0,125 kilogram – 0,4 kilogram per 50 kilogram pengemasan.

The implementation of the filling process, weight control, and
distribution in the packaging phase at PG Djatiroto is done manually so
that determining product weight is not accurate due to several factors
such as worker fatigue, lack of aspects according to standard operating
procedures, and gaps between filling times. So that in this phase there is
an inaccuracy in measuring product weight with an error rate ranging
from 0.15 kilograms - 0.5 kilograms per 50 kg of packaging. Based on
this condition, it can be concluded that manual packaging has an error
percentage of 0.3% to 1%. The magnitude of the measurement inaccuracy
will have a significant impact in the long term.
Therefore, in this final project, a system is created that can provide
measurement accuracy to the filling machine by utilizing the fuzzy logic
method to reduce the filling time gap and provide measurement accuracy
in weight control.
The performance results of the implementation of the filling
machine with the fuzzy method in the sugar packaging phase at PG
Djatiroto can increase the accuracy of product packaging by 0.125
kilograms - 0.4 kilograms per 50 kilograms of packaging.
