Abstract
Ruas jalan Tuban-Babat-Lamongan-Gresik (KM 37+650 s/d KM 42+800) yang bertepatan berada di Kabupaten Lamongan merupakan jalan nasional sehingga banyak dilalui oleh berbagai macam kendaraan, seperti bus pariwisata, mobil pribadi, dan juga kendaraan besar lainnya. Dengan kondisi tersebut membuat beberapa perkerasan jalan mengalami kerusakan. Untuk melakukan penilaian kondisi jalan ada dua metode yag bisa digunakan yaitu metode PCI (Pavement Condition Index) dan metode Bina Marga. Metode ini digunakan untuk pengukuran yang lebih detail untuk masing-masing kerusakan yang terjadi pada struktur perkerasan jalan.
Metode yang digunakan adalah penelitian Iapangan dengan data berupa hasil survey kerusakan jalan. Kemudian dari data tersebut dapat dicari urutan prioritas penanganan jalan dengan metode Bina Marga didasarkan pada rentang nilai 0 sampai Iebih dari 7, sedangkan metode PCI merangking kondisi perkerasan dari nilai 0 hingga 100.
Dari survey jalan yang dilakukan pada ruas jalan Tuban-Babat-Lamongan-Gresik (KM 37+650 s/d KM 42+800) didapatkan hasil sebagai berikut: kerusakan yang paling banyak terjadi adalah retak buaya, dengan nilai PCI 63 (Fair) dan termasuk kedalam urutan prioritas nomer 7sehingga perlu dilakukan pemelihraan rutin dengan jenis penanganan pengaspalan, pengisian retak, penambalan lubang, dan perataan jalan. Dari data batas plastisitas dan indeks plastisitas tanah pengembangan tanah termasuk kategori tinggi (high). Selain itu, total rencana anggaran biaya untuk seluruh proses penanganan kerusakan jalan sebesar sebesar Rp201.118.336,44 (Dua ratus satu juta serratus sebelas ribu tiga ratus tigapuluh enam empat puluempat rupiah).

The Tuban-Babat-Lamongan-Gresik road section (KM 37+650 to KM 42+800) which coincides with being in Lamongan Regency is a national road so that it is often traversed by various kinds of vehicles, such as tourism buses, private cars, and other vehicles. another big. With this condition, some of the pavements were damaged. There are two methods that can be used to assess road conditions, namely the PCI (Pavement Condition Index) method and the Bina Marga method. This method is used for more detailed measurements for each damage that occurs in the road pavement structure.
The method used is field research with data in the form of survey results of road damage. Then from the data, the priority order of road handling can be found using the Bina Marga method based on a value range of 0 to more than 7, while the PCI method ranks pavement conditions from a value of 0 to 100.
From a road survey conducted on the Tuban-Babat-Lamongan�Gresik (KM 37+650 to KM 42+800) obtained the following results: the most common damage was crocodile cracking, with a PCI value of 63 (Fair) and included in the priority order number 7 so it is necessary to carry out routine maintenance with this type of handling. asphalting, filling cracks, filling potholes, and leveling roads. From the data on the plasticity limit and the plasticity index of the soil, the development of the soil is categorized as high (high). In addition, the total budget plan for the entire process of handling road damage is Rp201,118,336.44 (Two hundred and one million serratus eleven thousand three hundred and thirty-six four tens of rupiah).
