Abstract

Analisis biomarka fraksi hidrokarbon alifatik pada sampel minyak dilakukan untuk mengetahui karakteristik dan informasi geokimia organik sampel minyak Blok Cepu yang dianalisa. Analisis dilakukan dengan metode Kromatografi Gas-Spektrometri Massa (KG-SM) setelah melalui proses fraksinasi untuk mengambil fraksi alifatiknya. Distribusi bimodal pada homolog n-alkana (n-C10 – n-C34) dapat terlihat pada sampel yang mengindikasikan sumber lebih dari satu. Parameter-parameter seperti AlkTerr (0,191) TAR (0,983), dan Paq (0,521) mengindikasikan bahwa pada sampel memiliki pengaruh laut sebagai sumbernya. Keberadaan fitana dan pristana, Wax Indeks (0,590) serta Σ2/ Σ1 (1,051) mengindikasikan sampel memiliki pengaruh tumbuhan terrigenous sebagai sumbernya. Keberadaan senyawa 8β(H)-drimana dan senyawa hopanoid mengindikasikan aktivitas bakteri sebagai salah satu sumber minyak. Nilai rasio Pr/Ph (4,598) yang didukung juga oleh diagram Hunt Pr/n-C17 -dan Ph/n-C18 mengindikasikan sampel terendapkan dalam lingkungan yang oksik. Nilai CPI (1,010), LHCPI (0,766), Ts/(Tm+Ts) (0,457), dan C30αβ/βα (1,481) mengindikasikan kematangan minyak yang rendah

Biomarker analysis of aliphatic hydrocarbon fraction in oil samples was carried out to determine its properties and the organic geochemistry information of the analyzed Cepu block crude oil. Analysis was carried out using Gas Chromatography-Mass Spectrometry (GC-MS) method after fractionation to receive its aliphatic hydrocarbon fraction. Bimodal distribution of n-alkanes homolog (n-C10 – n-C34) can be seen in the sample indicating more than one source. Parameters like AlkTerr (0,191), TAR (0,983), and Paq (0,521) shows that sample has marine substance influence. Phytane and pristane existence, wax index (0,590), and Σ2/ Σ1 (1,051) shows that sample has terrigenous plant influence as its source. 8β(H)-drimana compound and hopanoids existence shows that sample has bacterial activity as one of sample source. Pr/Ph ratio (4,598) that’s also supported by Hunt diagram of Pr/n-C17 and Ph/n-C18 shows that sample is deposited at oxidic environment. CPI (1,010), LHCPI (0,766), Ts/(Tm+Ts) (0,457), and C30αβ/βα (1,481) shows that sample has low maturity
