Abstract

Serpong merupakan sebuah kecamatan yang menjadi Kawasan elit di kota Tangerang Selatan. Serpong menjadi salah satu Kawasan hunian mapan karena di apit oleh tiga kawasan terpadu sekaligus Bintaro Jaya, BSD City, dan Alam Sutera. Menyadari bahwa Tangerang Selatan, khususnya Serpong, menjadi incaran para pencari rumah yang bekerja di Jakarta, Perumnas dan PT KAI menjadikannya sebagai salah satu sasaran pembangunan apartemen berkonsep Transit Oriented (TOD) dan membangun Apartemen Mahata Serpong tepat di samping stasiun KRL Rawa Buntu. Dimana dibangun di luas lahan 24.626 m2, dan pada pekerjaan struktur bawah merencanakan menggunakan pondasi Bore Pile ,dinding penahan tanah soldier pile, dan Capping Beam. Dengan kedalaman galian mencapai 8,4 m dan Panjang masing - masing soldier pile disisi peron adalah 10 m dan disisi warga 12 m.
Metode pelaksanaan dinding penahan tanah menggunakan teknik bored pile agar menghindari adanya getaran yang berlebih , ditambah posisi dari proyek berdekatan langsung dengan permukiman warga dan stasiun KRL Rawa Buntu. Dan juga untuk meminimalisir dampak kerusakan pada bangunan maupun fasilitas umum disekitar proyek.

Berdasarkan hasil evaluasi dan permodelan untuk soldier pile dengan menggunakan program bantu plaxis total horizontal displacement di sisi warga sebesar 0,0047 m dan disisi peron sebesar 0,015. Pada penggunaan program bantu Geo 5 total horizontal displacement di sisi warga sebesar 0,139 m dan disisi peron sebesar 0,252. Karena dari aplikasi Geo 5 menunjukan hasil yang tidak memenuhi ketentuan SNI sehingga dilakukan redesain terhadap dinding penahan tanah di kedua sisi menggunakan soldier pile Ø800 mm dengan Panjang 20 m menghasilkan total horizontal displacement 0,0387 m.

Serpong is a sub-district that is an elite area in the city of South Tangerang. Serpong is one of the well-established residential areas because it is flanked by three integrated areas as well as Bintaro Jaya, BSD City, and Alam Sutera. Realizing that South Tangerang, especially Serpong, is the target of house seekers working in Jakarta, Perumnas and PT KAI made it one of the targets for the construction of an apartment with the Transit Oriented (TOD) concept and built the Mahata Serpong Apartment right next to the Rawa Buntu KRL station. Where it is built on a land area of 24,626 m2, and in the lower structure work it is planned to use the Bore Pile foundation, soldier pile retaining wall, and Capping Beam. With a depth of excavation reaching 8.4 m and the length of each soldier pile on the side of the platform is 10 m and on the resident's side 12 m.
The method of implementing the retaining wall is using the bored pile technique to avoid excessive vibration, plus the position of the project is directly adjacent to residential areas and the Rawa Buntu KRL station. And also to minimize the impact of damage to buildings and public facilities around the project.
Based on the results of the evaluation and modeling for the soldier pile using the Plaxis program, the total horizontal displacement on the resident's side is 0.0047 m and on the platform side of 0.015. In the use of the Geo 5 aid program, the total horizontal displacement on the resident's side is 0.139 m and on the platform side it is 0.252. Because the Geo 5 application showed results that did not meet the SNI requirements, so that the retaining walls were redesigned on both sides using a soldier pile 800 mm with a length of 20 m resulting in a total horizontal displacement of 0.0387 m.
