Abstract
Gempa yang terjadi di wilayah Indonesia memberikan pengaruh terhadap kinerja struktur bangunan bertingkat beraturan dan tidak beraturan. Kinerja struktur dapat diketahui dengan melihat tingkat keruntuhan pada struktur ketika terjadi gempa rencana. Peraturan perencanaan ketahanan gempa yang terbaru SNI 03-1726-2019 mengatur terkait ketidakberaturan struktur, yaitu ketidakberaturan struktur vertikal dan horizontal. Penelitian ini bermaksud untuk membandingkan 3 model bangunan Tidak Beraturan horizontal terhadap bangunan Beraturan ditinjau berdasarkan kebutuhan tulangan, tingkat keruntuhan, displacement, drift ratio, base shear dan rotasi gedung, serta menganalisis level kinerja menggunakan metode analisis statik nonlinier pushover.
Penentuan model struktur tidak beraturan dipilih berdasarkan bangunan yang sering terdapat di lapangan yang menunjukkan struktur tidak beraturan horizontal, kemudian dilakukan pengecekkan ketidakberaturan struktur yang mengacu pada SNI 1726-2019. Pembebanan pada struktur ditinjau berdasarkan 3 faktor, yaitu beban statis, beban gempa, dan beban nonlinier pushover. Struktur gedung dimodelkan menggunakan program bantu SAP2000 v.14.2.2. Perbandingan kinerja dengan metode analisis pushover menggunakan push to displacement magnitude 900 mm atau 2,43% terhadap tinggi bangunan total. Analisis level kinerja mengacu pada metode FEMA 356 dan ATC-40.
Bangunan Tidak beraturan menghasilkan kinerja yang lebih buruk dibandingkan dengan bangunan Beraturan. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan memiliki kebutuhan tulangan paling banyak, mengalami keruntuhan paling cepat, memiliki displacement, drift ratio, base shear, dan rotasi gedung paling besar. Bangunan Tidak beraturan diurut dari kinerja yang paling buruk adalah bangunan Tidak beraturan Model A, Model B dan Model C. Urutan tersebut dipengaruhi oleh eksentrisitas yang terjadi pada gedung, semakin besar eksentrisitas yang terjadi maka kinerja struktur semakin buruk. Level kinerja struktur berdasarkan FEMA 356 untuk semua model struktur bangunan adalah Immediate Occupancy, sedangkan berdasarkan ATC-40 adalah Demage Control.

The earthquakes that occur in Indonesia affected the performance of both regular and irregular high-rise building structures. The performance of the structure can be known by looking at the rate of collapse of the structure when a plan earthquake occurs. The latest earthquake resistance planning regulations SNI 03-1726-2019 regulates structural irregularities, namely vertical and horizontal structural irregularities. This research intends to compare 3 models of irregular horizontal buildings to ordinary buildings in terms of reinforcement requirements, failure rate, displacement, drift ratio, base shear and building rotation, as well as analyzing performance levels using pushover nonlinear static analysis methods.
Determination of the irregular structure model is selected based on structure that often existed in the field that indicated horizontal irregular structures, then check the irregularity of the structure reffering to SNI 1726-2019. The loading on the structure is measured based on 3 factors, namely static loads, earthquake loads, and nonlinear pushover loads. The building structure is modeled using the SAP2000 v.14.2.2 program. Performance comparison with the pushover analysis method using push to displacement is 900 mm or 2.43% of the total building height. Performance level analysis refers to the FEMA 356 and ATC-40 methods.
Irregular buildings produce poorer performance compared to regular buildings. This is indicated by having the most reinforcement requirements, experiencing the fastest collapse, having the largest displacement, drift ratio, base shear, and building rotation. Irregular buildings sorted from the worst performance are irregular buildings Model A, Model B and Model C. The order is influenced by the eccentricity that occurs in the building, the greater the eccentricity, the worse the structural performance. The structural performance level based on FEMA 356 for all building structure models is Immediate Occupancy, while based on ATC-40 is Damage Control.
