Abstract

Sampah masih menjadi salah satu masalah serius yang dihadapi Indonesia terutama di kota-kota besar karena belum dikelola dengan baik. Salah satu upaya pengelohan sampah organic yaitu dengan cara memanfaatkan sebagai media budidaya maggot BSF (Black Soldier Fly). Nilai kelembapan standart untuk larva adalah 60-70%. Dengan ini saya melakukan penelitian rancang bangun kontrol kelembapan dan volume pakan pada fase pembesaran untuk budidaya maggot BSF. Dengan dilengkapi sistem monitoring massa maggot. Rancang bangun sistem kontrol kelembapan dan volume pakan pada fase pembesaran ini berbasis mikrokontroller Arduino Mega 2560. Performa sistem pengendalian kelembaban pada budidaya maggot BSF mendapatkan nilai rise time dari awal pengukuran menit pertama sebesar 63 % hingga menit ke 40 mencapai set point dengan nilai sebesar 73%. Nilai maximum overshoot (M_p) sebesar 1.37%, nilai settling time terjadi pada menit ke 20-24 dengan kelembapan 69% yakni selama 4 menit, dan nilai error steady state sebesar 1%. Dalam pengendalian volume pakan pada maggot BSF menggunakan sensor flow diberikan set point 150ml, 175ml,…,375ml, telah berhasil dilakukan setiap jam 10.00. Pada monitoring massa dapat memonitoring massa perhari yaitu pada hari 1 = 172gr, hari kedua 354gr sampai dengan hari kesepuluh yaitu 2768 gr.

Garbage is still one of the serious problems faced by Indonesia, especially in big cities because it has not been managed properly. One of the efforts to treat organic waste is by utilizing it as a medium for cultivating BSF (Black Soldier Fly) maggots. The standard humidity value for larvae is 60-70%. I hereby conduct research on the design of humidity control and feed volume in the grow-out phase for BSF maggot cultivation. Equipped with a maggot mass monitoring system. The design of the humidity and feed volume control system in this enlargement phase is based on the Arduino Mega 2560 microcontroller. The performance of the humidity control system in BSF maggot cultivation gets a rise time value from the first minute of measurement of 63% until the 40th minute reaches the set point with a value of 73% . The maximum overshoot (M_p) value is 1.37%, the settling time value occurs at 20-24 minutes with 69% humidity for 4 minutes, and the steady state error value is 1%. In controlling the volume of feed on BSF maggots using a flow sensor given a set point of 150ml, 175ml,…,375ml, has been successfully carried out every 10.00. Mass monitoring can monitor mass per day, namely on day 1 = 172gr, the second day 354gr until the tenth day, which is 2768 gr.
