Abstract
Pada proses penyimpanan biogas dapat dilakukan pada keadaan medium pressure dan juga low pressure, dan pada proses penyimpanan di low pressure dapat langsung dilakukan dengan menggunakan gas bag, sementara untuk proses penyimpanan biogas pada medium pressure diperlukannya tangki bertipe CNG dan juga kompresor untuk menyuplai biogas bertekanan memasuki tangki bertipe CNG. Namun pada pelaksanaan tugas akhir ini dilakukan penyimpanan biogas pada medium pressure dengan tidak menggunakan kompresor tetapi dilakukan dengan menghubungkan sistem kontrol penyimpanan biogas dengan bioreactor pada saat jumlah biogas cukup tinggi sehingga keluaran pressure biogas dari bioreactor sebesar 11 hingga 14.5 psi. Perancangan sistem kontrol laju aliran biogas pada tabung penyimpanan dimulai dari reactor digester anaerob yang telah terdapat akumulasi biogas dalam jumlah besar yang kemudian dialirkan pada pipeline yang telah terpasang actuator solenoid valve dan motorized valve menuju ke tangki penyimpanan biogas. Kedua actuator tersebut baru akan bekerja setelah mendapatkan nilai set point dari controller Raspberry Pi, dan controller akan menerima sinyal digital dari pressure transmitter dan temperature transmitter yang semulanya merupakan sinyal digital dan telah diubah melalui konverter ataupun modul sensor. Kemudian sinyal digital dari pressure transmitter dan temperature transmitter akan diolah dan disimpan pada database storage Raspberry Pi untuk dapat ditampilkan melalui Graphical User Interface

The biogas storage process can be carried out at medium pressure and low pressure, and the low pressure storage process can be carried out directly using a gas bag, while the biogas storage process at medium pressure requires a CNG type tank and also a compressor to supply pressurized biogas entering CNG type tank. However, in the implementation of this final project, biogas storage is carried out at medium pressure by not using a compressor but is carried out by connecting the biogas storage control system to the bioreactor when the amount of biogas is high enough so that the biogas output pressure from the bioreactor is 11 to 14.5 psi. The design of the biogas flow rate control system in the storage tube starts from the anaerobic digester reactor where there has been a large accumulation of biogas which is then flowed into a pipeline that has an actuator solenoid valve and a motorized valve installed to the biogas storage tank. The two actuators will only work after getting the set point value from the Raspberry Pi controller, and the controller will receive a digital signal from the pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter which was originally a digital signal and has been converted through a converter or sensor module. . Then the digital signal from the pressure transmitter and temperature transmitter will be processed and stored in the Raspberry Pi storage database to be displayed via the Graphical User Interface.
