Abstract

Jembatan Joyoboyo merupakan salah satu upaya untuk
meningkatkan prasarana transportasi yang mana Jembatan Joyoboyo ini
akan menghubungkan frontage road sisi Barat Jl. Raya Wonokromo
dengan Jl. Gunungsari, selain akan berfungsi sebagai pengurai
kemacetan, rencana pemjembatan Jembatan Joyoboyo juga ditujukan
untuk meningkatkan pertumbuhan ekonomi kawasan Surabaya Selatan.
Adapun Jembatan Joyoboyo ini merupakan bagian dari rencana
peningkatan dan pemjembatan jaringan jalan yang merupakan satu
kesatuan yang saling mendukung dalam rangka meningkatkan
aksesibilitas kawasan Surabaya Selatan.
Jembatan Joyoboyo memiliki bentang sepanjang 105 meter.
Dengan terdiri dari pekerjaan struktur bawah meliputi pemancangan,pile
head treatment (PHT). pekerjaan struktur atas meliputi voided slab,
pylon, full slab, pengaspalan, pedestrian, drainase, pekerjaan inspeksi dan
pekerjaan mekanikal dan elektrikal, plumbing (MEP) dan pekerjaan air
mancur. Pelaksanaan jembatan joyoboyo ini mengalami keterlambatan
dikarenakan pandemi corona sebab kontrak kerja pembangunan jembatan
joyoboyo yaitu awal juli 2019 diundur menjadi awal oktober 2019. Selain
pandemi corona faktor lainnya yaitu keterlambatan bahan material dan
perubahan desain tiang pancang abutment 1. Jadi durasi waktu yang di
kerjakan kontraktor yaitu 371 hari (waktu realisasi) sistem lembur.
Berdasarkan hasil analisa perhitungan, pembangunan Jembatan
Joyoboyo dengan durasi waktu normal yaitu 404 hari (hari kerja). Dan
anggaran biaya sebesar Rp 50,985,776,418,71,- (lima puluh miliar
Sembilan ratus delapan puluh lima juta tujuh ratus tujuh puluh enam ribu
empat ratus delapan belas tujuh puluh satu rupiah).

Joyoboyo Bridge is one of the efforts to improve transportation
infrastructure in which the Joyoboyo Bridge will connect the west side of
the frontage road Jl. Raya Wonokromo with Jl. Gunungsari, apart from
functioning as a traffic jam, the Joyoboyo Bridge plan is also aimed at
increasing economic growth in the South Surabaya area. The Joyoboyo
Bridge is part of an improvement plan and a road network which is a
mutually supportive unit in order to improve the accessibility of the South
Surabaya area.
Joyoboyo Bridge has a span of 105 meters. By consisting of the
work of the lower structure includes piling,pile head treatment
(PHT).works include superstructurevoided slab, pylon, full slab, asphalt,
pedestrian, drainage, inspection work and mechanical and electrical
work, plumbing (MEP) and fountain work. The implementation of the
joyoboyo bridge was delayed due to the corona pandemic because the
work contract for the joyoboyo bridge construction, namely early July
2019 was postponed to early October 2019. In addition to the corona
pandemic, other factors were delays in material and design changes to
abutment piles 1. So the duration of time worked on by the contractor
was 371 days (realization time) overtime system.
Based on the results of the calculation analysis, the construction
of the Joyoboyo Bridge with a normal time duration is 404 days (working
days). And a budget of Rp 50,985,776,418,71, - (fifty billion nine hundred
eighty five million seven hundred seventy six thousand four hundred
eighteen seventy one rupiah).
