Abstract
Gedung Fakultas Psikologi dan Kesehatan Kampus II UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya merupakan gedung pendidikan bertingkat 9 lantai yang berada di kota Surabaya. Gedung tersebut memiliki perencanaan awal menggunakan SRPMK sesuai SNI 1726-2012 dan SNI 2847-2013. Gedung tinjauan termasuk dalam kategori desain seismik (KDS) D yang mana memiliki alternatif perencanaan menggunakan sistem rangka pemikul momen khusus, sistem dinding struktural khusus, atau kombinasi keduanya. Oleh karena itu, gedung tinjauan direncanakan ulang dengan dan tanpa dinding geser (sistem ganda) sesuai SNI 1726-2019 dan SNI 2847-2019 yang berlaku saat ini. Perencanaan ini diharapkan dapat membandingkan sistem mana yang lebih baik untuk digunakan, memiliki kinerja bangunan yang baik, dan dapat menghasilkan desain bangunan yang optimal dengan membandingkan kebutuhan volume beton, tulangan, dan tiang pancang pada gedung tinjauan.
Perencanaan dimulai dengan pengumpulan data eksisting, melakukan preliminary design sesuai dengan denah eksisting, dan membuat permodelan kedua sistem struktur. Permodelan struktur SRPMK maupun sistem ganda akan menghasilkan output yang berbeda. Perbandingan besarnya simpangan antar lantai serta kebutuhan volume beton, tulangan dan tiang pancang kedua sistem struktur dilakukan setelah kontrol kinerja struktur terpenuhi dan perhitungan pendetailan tulangan.
Tugas akhir ini mendapatkan hasil bahwa kedua sistem struktur dapat dikatakan memenuhi persyaratan kinerja struktur berdasarkan SNI 1726 - 2019. Simpangan antar lantai sistem ganda mempunyai nilai lebih kecil dibandingkan SRPMK. Hasil perhitungan volume didapatkan volume beton sistem ganda lebih kecil 8,96 % daripada SRPMK. Volume tulangan sistem ganda juga menunjukkan hasil yang lebih kecil yaitu sebesar 7,50 % dibandingkan SRPMK. Volume tiang pancang sistem ganda memiliki nilai volume 17,16 % lebih kecil dibandingkan dengan SRPMK. Berdasarkan hasil tersebut dapat ditarik kesimpulan bahwa sistem ganda lebih optimal untuk diterapkan pada Gedung Fakultas Psikologi dan Kesehatan Kampus II UINSA Surabaya.

Faculty of Psychology and Health Building Campus II UIN Sunan Ampel Surabaya is a 9-story educational building located on Surabaya. The building has initial planning using a special moment resisting frame by SNI 1726-2012 and SNI 2847-2013. The review building is included in the seismic design category (KDS) D which has an alternative design using a special momen resisting frame, a special structural wall system, or a combination of both. Therefore, the review building is re-planned with and without shear wall (dual system) according to SNI 1726-2019 and SNI 2847-2019 in force today. This planning is expected to be able to compare which system is better to use, has good building performance, and can produce an optimal building design by comparing the volume requirements of concrete, reinforcement, and piles in the review building.
Planning starts with collecting existing data, conducting preliminary design according to the existing floor plan, and modelling both structural systems. Both, special moment resisting frame and dual system modelling will produce different outputs. The comparion of the drift and volume requirements of concrete, reinforcement, and pile of the two structural systems is carried out after the structural performance control is fulfilled and reinforcement detail calculation.
This final project gets the results that both structural systems meet the structure performance requirements based on SNI 1726-2019. The drift of the dual system has a smaller value than the special moment resisting frame. The calculation of volume obtained the dual system’s concrete volume is smaller 8,96 % than the special moment resisting frame. The dual system’s reinforcement volume also showed a smaller result of 7,50 % compared to the special moment resisting frame. The volume of the dual system’s pile has a volume value 17,16 % smaller than the special moment resisting frame. Based on these results it can be concluded that the dual system is more optimal to be applied to the Faculty of Psychology and Health Building Campus II UINSA Surabaya.
