Abstract

Gedung utama rumah sakit di Surabaya adalah fasilitas umum yang disediakan oleh Pemerintah Kota Surabaya dengan 8 lantai + 1 lantai basemen. Struktur yang digunakan adalah SRPMK dengan metode cor in-situ. Gedung tersebut memiliki denah yang tipikal, cocok untuk diterapkan metode precast. Metode precast memiliki beberapa kelebihan daripada metode konvensional seperti mutu lebih terjamin dan praktis. Pada tugas akhir ini, Struktur gedung utama rumah sakit di Surabaya yang sebelumnya menggunakan metode cor in-situ dimodifikasi menjadi metode beton pracetak pada komponen struktur pelat, balok anak, dan balok induk . Sedangkan, kolom tetap digunakan metode pengecoran in-situ. Metode penyambungan balok – kolom menggunakan konsol pendek, sambungan balok anak – balok induk menggunakan sambungan dapped end, dan sambungan pelat – pelat memanfaatkan panjang penyaluran pelat. Hasil perhitungan didapatkan ukuran elemen struktur dengan tebal pelat 13 cm yang terdiri dari 8 cm precast dan 5 cm overtopping, dimensi balok induk 45 x 70 cm, dimensi balok anak 45 x 60 cm, dan dimensi kolom 75 x 75 cm. Untuk sambungan dapped end menggunakan konsol berukuran 30 x 30 cm, tinggi sambungan 30 cm, lebar sambungan 30 cm.

The main hospital building in Surabaya is a public facility
provided by Surabaya City goverment with 8 floors + 1 basemen floor.
The structure used is SRPMK with the in-situ cast method. The building
has a typical floor plan, suitable for precast methods. The precast methods
has several advantages over conventional methods, such as the more
guaranteed quality and practical.
In this final report ,Structure of the main hospital building which
previously used the in-situ cast method was modified into a precast
concrete method on the components of plate structure, secondary beams,
and primary beams. Meanwhile, the column still used the in-situ casting
method. The method of connecting beams - columns using short consoles,
child beam connections - parent beams using dapped end connections,
and plate connections - plates utilizing the length of plate channeling.
The results calculation obtained the size of the structural
elements with a plate thickness of 13 cm consisting of 8 cm precast and
5 cm overtopping, the dimensions of the primary beam 45 x 70 cm, the
dimensions of the secondary beam 45 x 60 cm, and the column
dimensions 75 x 75 cm. For dapped end connections using a console
measuring 30 x 30 cm, connection height 30 cm, connection width of 30
cm.
