Abstract
Seiring meningkatnya jumlah pembangunan infrastruktur di Indonesia, tidak menutup kemungkinan jumlah terjadinya kecelakaan kerja juga akan mengalami peningkatan. Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi (SMKK) adalah bagian dari sistem manajemen pelaksanaan pekerjaan konstruksi dalam rangka menjamin terwujudnya keselamatan konstruksi. Pada Proyek Akhir Terapan ini penulis merencanakan SMKK pada pekerjaan box culvert (Sistem Manajemen Keselamatan Konstruksi) dengan metode HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) dengan studi kasus pada Proyek Pembangunan Box Culvert Saluran Diversi Gunung Sari Surabaya.
Hasil analisa dan pembahasan untuk perencanaan SMKK ini meliputi identifikasi bahaya, penilaian risiko, serta pengendalian risikonya. Kemudian dibuat sasaran dan program serta dihitung rencana anggaran biaya yang diperlukan untuk pelaksanaan SMKK. Diharapkan proyek akhir ini bisa membantu perusahaan jasa konstruksi di Indonesia untuk lebih meningkatkan kesadaran akan kesehatan dan keselamatan kerja, sehingga tingkat kecelakaan kerja dapat ditekan dan mewujudkan zero accident

Along with the increasing number of infrastructure developments in Indonesia, it is possible that the number of work accidents will also increase. The Construction Safety Management System (CSMS) is part of the construction work implementation management system in order to ensure the realization of construction safety. In this Applied Final Project the author plans a CSMS on box culvert work (Construction Safety Management System) with the HIRARC (Hazard Identification, Risk Assessment and Risk Control) method with a case study on the Box Culvert Construction Project of Gunung Sari Diversion Channel Surabaya.
The results of the analysis and discussion for the planning of the CSMS include hazard identification, risk assessment, and risk control. Then the targets and programs are made and the budget plan needed for the implementation of the CSMS is calculated. It is hoped that this final project can help construction service companies in Indonesia to further increase awareness of occupational health and safety, so that the rate of work accidents can be reduced and achieve zero accidents.
