Abstract

Penelitian ini berfokus pada pengembangan model simulasi untuk mengukur kinerja rantai pasokan dengan menggunakan metodologi SCOR dan dinamika sistem. Studi kasus yang dimodelkan dalam penelitian ini adalah PT. X yang bergerak di bidang usaha pertanian. Indikator kinerja yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini terdiri dari pemenuhan pesanan yang sempurna, waktu siklus pemenuhan pesanan, total biaya manajemen rantai pasokan, harga pokok penjualan, dan waktu siklus cash-to-cash. Model yang dikembangkan untuk penelitian ini terdiri dari dua model utama yaitu model proses bisnis dan model pengukuran kinerja. Model proses bisnis dimodelkan sebagai model dinamis sistem produksi dan persediaan sedangkan pengukuran kinerja dimodelkan sesuai dengan kerangka SCOR. Hasil simulasi dinamis sistem menunjukkan indikator yang baik dalam pemenuhan pesanan yang sempurna, waktu siklus pemenuhan pesanan, dan waktu siklus cash-to-cash. Perbaikan dapat direncanakan untuk meningkatkan harga pokok penjualan dan total biaya rantai pasokan. Perbaikan dirancang dengan mengubah variabel yang mempengaruhi indikator yang relevan. Perbaikan meningkatkan total keuntungan yang diperoleh. Namun, implementasi perbaikan terbatas pada penyederhanaan model dan asumsi.

The research focuses on developing simulation model for measuring performance of the supply chain by using both SCOR and system dynamics methodology. The case study which is modeled in the research is PT. X who operates in agriculture business sector. Performance indicators used in this research consist of perfect order fulfillment, order fulfillment cycle time, total supply chain management cost, cost of goods sold, and cash-to-cash cycle time. The model developed for the research consists of two main model: business process model and performance measurement model. Business process model is modeled as a production and inventory system dynamic model while the performance measurement is modeled according to SCOR framework. The result of the system dynamic simulation shows good indicator in the perfect order fulfillment, order fulfillment cycle time, and the cash-to-cash cycle time. Improvement can be planned to improve the cost of goods sold and the total supply chain cost. Improvement is designed by changing the variable affecting the relevant indicators. The improvements increase the total profit obtained. However, the implementation of improvement is limited to the model simplification and assumptions.
