Abstract
Revolusi industri mendorong perubahan radikal di seluruh sistem kehidupan, termasuk sistem ketenagalistrikan yang berkembang semakin kompleks dengan adanya berbagai inovasi model bisnis, teknologi dan pergeseran lanskap peraturan yang telah berkembang sangat pesat. PT XYZ sebagai Badan Usaha Milik Negara (BUMN) yang bertanggung jawab penuh atas sistem pembangkitan, transmisi dan distribusi energi listrik di Indonesia, menghadapi tantangan yang semakin berat dalam menerangi Nusantara. Tantangan tersebut tidak hanya bersumber dari internal tapi juga eksternal perusahaan baik dari sisi bisnis maupun operasional perusahaan dan juga perkembangan teknologi serta perubahan peraturan atau kebijakan pemerintah. Sebagai upaya untuk menghadapi tantangan dan mempertahankan keberlangsungan bisnis perusahaan, perlu sinergi dari pemerintah dan jajaran manajemen dalam merumuskan dan menjalankan strategi pengembangan usaha, bertumpu pada analisis yang komprehensif dan terstruktur mengenai kinerja perusahaan.
Penelitian ini, terdiri dari analisis kinerja perusahaan menggunakan data sekunder yang diperoleh dari Laporan statistik, Annual Report, Sustainability Report, Rencana Usaha Penyediaan Tenaga Listrik (RUPTL) menggunakan kerangka kerja Balanced Scorecard (BSC) dan diperkuat dengan metode stress testing untuk mengkaji kinerja perusahaan dari empat perspektif (Financial Perspective, Customer Perspective, Internal Business Process Perspective dan Learn & Growth Perspective). Hasil penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan gambaran mengenai key strategic issue dan critical factor yang mempengaruhi kinerja perusahaan serta usulan solusi / strategi pengembangan bisnis perusahaan.

The industrial revolution encourages radical changes in all living systems,
including the electricity system which is increasingly complex with various
business model innovations, technology and regulatory shifts that have developed
very rapidly. PT XYZ (Persero) as a State-Owned Enterprise (BUMN) that is fully
responsible for the generation, transmission and distribution system of electric
energy in Indonesia, is facing increasing challenges in lighting up the Nation. These
challenges arise not only from internal but also external to the company, both in
terms of business and company operations, as well as technological developments
and changes in regulations or government policies. In an effort to face challenges
and maintain the sustainability of the company's business, it is necessary to have
synergy from the government and management in formulating and implementing
business development strategies, relying on a comprehensive and structured
analysis of company performance.
This study consists of analyzing company performance using secondary
data obtained from statistical reports, Annual Reports, Sustainability Reports,
Electricity Supply Business Plans (RUPTL) using the Balanced Scorecard (BSC)
framework and strengthened by stress testing methods to assess the company's
performance from four perspectives (Financial Perspectice, Customer Perspective,
Internal Business Process Perspective and Learn & Growth Perspective). The
results of this study are expected to provide an overview of key strategic issues and
critical factors that affect company performance as well as proposed solutions /
strategies for corporate business development.
