Abstract

Sebagian besar perkotaan secara bertahap akan kehilangan identitasnya ketika tidak memiliki karakter. Keberadaan kampung di perkotaan menjadi citra lokalitas yang khas sehingga wajah kota akan ditentukan oleh karakteristik kampungnya. Sebagai salah satu wujud dari ruang kreatif kota, maka kampung harus memiliki identitas dan citranya tersendiri. Konsep tersebut diterapkan oleh Pemerintah Kota Madiun yang memiliki inovasi tersendiri dalam mengelola kampung kotanya dengan mengembangkan kampung tematik.
Kelurahan Klegen termasuk kelurahan yang layak untuk dikembangkan menjadi kampung tematik yang terdapat potensi berupa tanah bengkok serta Pasar Krempyeng sebagai sentra UMKM dan wisata guna meningkatkan perekonomian masyarakat. Namun disisi lain, Kelurahan Klegen tidak memiliki identitas atau ciri khas tersendiri dibandingkan dengan kampung kota lain di Kota Madiun. Oleh karena itu diperlukan pendekatan citra kota berdasarkan Teori Kevin Lynch (path, nodes, district, landmark, edge). Pendekatan teori citra kota Kevin Lynch dipilih dikarenakan dapat memperjelas dan memperkuat identitas wajah kota sehingga membuat kota tersebut menjadi menarik dan memiliki daya tarik.
Tujuan penelitian ini merumuskan konsep perancangan kampung tematik menggunakan pendekatan citra kawasan Kelurahan Klegen sehingga dapat membentuk identitas kawasan yang sesuai kriteria kampung tematik Kelurahan Klegen. Data yang digunakan berupa data kualitatif dan kuantitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan content analysis untuk menentukan elemen-elemen citra kawasan Kelurahan Klegen, analisis AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process) untuk menentukan kriteria kampung tematik, dan melakukan Analisis Triangulasi untuk merumuskan konsep perancangan kampung tematik.
Penelitian ini menghasilkan pengidentifakisan elemen citra Kelurahan Klegen, yaitu path berada di Jl. Wiyata Jaya, Landmark diarahkan di area masuk Kelurahan Klegen, edge berupa sempadan Sungai Kali Maling, nodes berupa kegiatan Pasar Krempyeng, dan district terbagi menjadi tiga (UMKM, Wisata, dan Penyangga). Adapun konsep perancangan yang diusung adalah kampung tematik wisata berbasis industri UMKM. Sedangkan tema kampung yang diusung adalah Kampung Pasar Krempyeng dan Urban Farming.

Most of the time when it will gradually lose its identity has no character. the existence of villages in urban areas becomes the face of a type locality of the city which will be determined by the characteristics of the village. As a manifestation of the city's creative space, the village must have its own identity and image. The concept is applied by Madiun City Government which has its innovation in managing its urban village by developing thematic villages.
Klegen Village is a village that deserves to be developed into a thematic village that has the potential of crooked land and Krempyeng Market as a center for UMKM and tourism to improve the community's economy. But on the other hand, Klegen Village does not have its own identity or characteristics compared to other urban villages in Madiun City. Therefore, a city image approach is needed based on Kevin Lynch's Theory (path, node, district, landmark, edge). Kevin Lynch's city image theory approach was chosen because it can clarify and strengthen the identity of the city's face to make the city attractive and attractive. The purpose of this study is to formulate the thematic village design concept using the image approach of the Klegen Village area so that it can form a regional identity that is following the criteria for the thematic village of Klegen Village.
The data used are qualitative and quantitative. This study uses content analysis to determine the image elements of the Klegen Village area, AHP (Analysis Hierarchy Process) analysis to determine the criteria for thematic villages and conduct triangulation analysis to formulate the thematic village design concept.
This research resulted in the identification of image elements in Klegen Village, namely the path is on Jl. Wiyata Jaya, the landmark is directed at the entrance area of Klegen Village, the edge is the Kali Maling River border, the node is the Krempyeng Market activity, and the district is divided into three (UMKM, Tourism, and Buffers). The design concept that is carried out is thematic village tourism based on the UMKM industry. Meanwhile, the theme of the village is Kampung Pasar Krempyeng and Urban Farming.
