Abstract

Rumah sakit Al-Irsyad merupakan alah satu rumah sakit swasta Islam yang ada di Surabaya Utara. Pendapatan rumah sakit Al-Irsyad 60% berasal dari penjualan obat dan alat kesehatan, di mana unit kamar obat menyumbang 80 sampai 90% pendapatan hasil penjualan obat dan alat kesehatan. Desember 2018 Rumah Sakit Al-Irsyad mulai mengoperasikan gedung baru dan menyebabkan peningkatan pendapatan kamar obat pada bulan Januari 2019 sampai bulan Maret 2019. Namun, pada bulan Mei
2019 mengalami penurunan akibat diberlakukannya perubahan Peraturan Menteri Kesehatan No.51 tahun 2018 sebesar 14,44 % dibanding bulan sebelumnya. Tahun 2020 pada bulan Maret 2020 pengumuman pasien Covid-19 pertama di Indonesia, akibatnya pendapatan kamar obat menurun pada bulan April 2020 sebesar 44,12% dibandingkan bulan sebelumnya. Pada penelitian ini dilakukan analisis intervensi multi input untuk mengetahui seberapa besar dampak yang diberikan dari ketiga kejadian
tersebut terhadap pendapatan kamar obat. Hasil yang di dapatkan yaitu efek yang di timbulkan dari pembukaan gedung baru rumah sakit Al-Irsyad Surabaya memberikan peningkatan pendapatan kamar obat pada bulan Januari 2019. Kemudian, terjadi penurunan dua bulan setelah gedung baru mulai beroperasi sampai pada bulan April 2019. Efek yang diberikan
akibat perubahan Permenkes No. 51 tahun 2018 adalah penurunan
pendapatan kamar pada bulan Juni 2019. Efek yang diberikan akibat pengumuman pasien pertama virus Covid-19 di Indonesia pendapatan mengalami peningkatan pada bulan Maret 2020 namun pendapatan kamar obat mengalami penurunan satu bulan setelah pengumuman pasien pertama virus Covid-19 di Indonesia yaitu pada bulan April 2020.

Al-Irsyad Hospital is one of the private Islamic hospitals in North Surabaya. 60% of Al-Irsyad hospital revenue comes from the sale of drugs and medical devices, where the drug room unit contributes 80 to 90% of the revenue from the sale of drugs and medical equipment. December 2018 Al-Irsyad Hospital started operating a new building and caused an increase in drug room revenue from January 2019 to March 2019. However, in May 2019 it decreased due to the enactment of the amendment to the Minister of Health Regulation No. 51 of 2018 by 14,44% compared to the previous month. In 2020 in March 2020 the announcement of the first Covid-19 patient in Indonesia, as a result, drug room revenues decreased in April 2020 by 44.12% compared to the previous month. In this study, multi-input intervention analysis was conducted to find out how much impact the three events had on drug room revenues. The results obtained are the effects caused by the opening of
the new building of the Al-Irsyad Hospital Surabaya, which resulted in an increase in drug room revenue in January 2019. Then, there was a decrease two months after the new building started operating until April 2019. Effects given due to changes in Permenkes No. 51 in 2018 was a decrease in room revenue in June 2019. The effect given due to the announcement of the first Covid-19 virus patient in Indonesia, income increased in March 2020 but drug room revenue decreased one month after the announcement of the first Covid-19 patient -19 in Indonesia, namely in April 2020
