Abstract

Kecelakaan lalu lintas yang terjadi di Kabupaten Nganjuk dalam rentang waktu 3 tahun terakhir cukup tinggi, tercatat terdapat 2039 kecelakaan dan terdapat 1977 data lokasi kejadian yang tercatat oleh SATLANTAS Kabupaten Nganjuk dimana sebagian besar lokasi kecelakaan tersebar pada jalan arteri primer dan kolektor primer. Kejadian kecelakaan selama tahun tersebut paling sering terjadi pada Bulan Desember, hari Senin dan di jam 09.00 – 10.00 pagi dan 18.00 – 19.00 malam. Jumlah kecelakaan lalu lintas selama 2018 – 2020 yang terjadi pada siang hari ada sebanyak dua kali lipat dibandingkan pada malam hari, selain itu jumlah kecelakaan pada jalan luar kota juga hampir dua kali lipat dari pada jalan dalam kota.. Kedua kovariat kategorik yang digunakan dijadikan sebagai marks dan masing-masing dimodelkan menggunakan model Poisson Point Process on Linear Network. Model dengan kovariat waktu kejadian menghasilkan nilai estimasi dari intensitas kecelakaan lalu lintas di siang hari yang 62,3% lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan intensitas kecelakaan lalu lintas pada malam hari. Sedangkan, untuk model menggunakan kovariat jenis jalan, dapat diinterpretasikan bahwa intensitas kecelakaan pada jalan luar kota dua kali lipat lebih tinggi dibandingkan dengan intensitas kecelakaan lalu lintas pada jalan dalam kota. Hasil yang didapatkan, model dengan kovariat jenis jalan menghasilkan nilai AIC yang lebih kecil.

Traffic accidents that occurred in Nganjuk Regency in the last 3 years are quite high, there were 2039 accidents recorded and there are data on 1977 locations recorded by SATLANTAS Nganjuk Regency where most of the accident locations were spread on primary arterial roads and primary collectors. Accidents during that year most often occurred in December, Monday and 09.00 – 10.00 am and 18.00 – 19.00 pm. The number of traffic accidents during 2018 – 2020 that occurred during the day was twice as much as at night, besides that the number of accidents on out-of-town roads was also almost double that of inner-city roads. The two categorical covariates used as a sign and each is modeled using the Poisson Point Process model on a Linear Network. The model with time covariate resulted in a value of the intensity of traffic accidents during the day which was 62.3% higher than the intensity of traffic accidents at night. Meanwhile, for the model using the covariate type of road, it can be interpreted that the intensity of accidents on out-of-town roads is two times higher than the intensity of traffic accidents on inner-city roads. The results obtained, the model with the type of road covariate produces a smaller AIC value.
