Abstract

The percentage incidence of arrhythmias is estimated to be more than 70% in those aged 65 years and over. This disease is difficult to detect directly and can be fatal if left unchecked. To diagnose arrhythmias, it is necessary to analyze the ECG signal with a Holter Monitor. Currently, doctors and medical personnel analyze ECG signals manually. However, with the development of current telecardiology technology, it can support the development of remote Holter Monitoring. Therefore, in this study, an ECG recording system with actual recording will be developed to support remote Holter Monitoring activities, namely by obtaining ECG data using the Node MCU stored in the database so that the recording results can be analyzed and can help detect arrhythmias early warning. This system has an error percentage of 2.42% and has an R peak detection accuracy of 98.283%, precision of 98.52%, and sensitivity of 99.754%.
