Abstract

Pada Stasiun Pengumpul Utama B (SPU-B) PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Field Jatibarang, pompa injeksi merupakan bagian yang penting dalam proses eksplorasi dan produksi. Pompa Injeksi digunakan untuk menginjeksikan Brines Water kapasitas 10.000 BWPD dari Skim Tank menuju Sumur Injeksi dibawah tanah dimana berfungsi untuk menjaga tekanan pada reservoir sumur agar tetap stabil. dengan pompa injeksi eksisting sebanyak 2 (dua) unit (kapasitas per pompa sebesar 10.000 BWPD) dengan 1 pompa yang dioperasikan 1x24 jam nonstop dan 1 pompa dalam keadaan stand by. Karena pola pengoperaian tersebut, dapat menimbulkan resiko maintenance activities yang akan menganggu proses operasi produksi di Water Treatment Injection Pump (WTIP). Dari kondisi tersebut, diperlukan 1 (satu) pompa injeksi tambahan sebagai back-up atau adding point pump unit di sistem injeksi. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan inovasi dalam perancangan pompa sentirifugal multistage bagi Water Treatment Injection Pump SPU-B khususnya di Field Jatibarang dan Asset 3 secara umumnya. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan perancangan pompa yang sesuai dengan instalasi sistem water injection yang ada di lapangan. Penelitian menggunakan metode analythical method dengan mengumpulkan data dan mengukur instalasi di lapangan yang digunakan untuk merancang pompa sentrifugal sesuai standart API 610. Head yang didapatkan dari perhitungan instalasi adalah sebesar 555,44 m. Hasil perancangan komponen Pompa sentrifugal menggunakan: volute radially split double-casing centrifugal pump (1850 x 440 x 583 mm) yang terdiri dari 8 stage, low speed impeller tipe radial, material poros alloy carbon steel, dan menggunakan bantalan single row deep groove ball bearing. Dengan prediksi overall efficiency pada kondisi operasi sebesar 74%.

At SPU - B PT. Pertamina EP Asset 3 Jatibarang Field, injection pump is an important component of the exploration and production process. The Injection Pump is used to inject Brines Water capacity 10.000 BWPD from the Skim Tank to the Injection Well which to maintain the pressure in the well reservoir stable. This injection pump installation uses 2 pump, one pump that operates for 1x24 hours with one backup pump in a stand-by condition. Due to the operating pattern, it can pose a risk of maintenance activities that will disrupt the production operation process at the Water Treatment Injection Pump (WTIP). From these conditions, 1 (one) additional injection pump is needed as a back-up or adding point pump unit in the injection system. The goal of this research is to innovate in the design of multistage centrifugal pumps for the Water Treatment Injection Pump SPU-B, especially in the Jatibarang Field and Asset 3 in general. This study to design a pump is to suitable in the water injection system installation in the field. The data used to design the centrifugal pump is manual measurement in the field. The research uses the analytical method by collecting and measuring data in the field which is used to design a centrifugal pump according to the API 610 standard. The head result from the installation with 10.000 BWPD capacity is 555.44 m. The results of the component design of the centrifugal pump: volute radially split double-casing centrifugal pump (1850 x 440 x 583 mm) consisting of 8 stages, low speed impeller radial type, shaft material: alloy carbon steel, and using single row deep groove ball bearings. With a prediction of overall efficiency under operating conditions of 74%.
