Abstract

Taman Wisata Alam (TWA) Danau Rawa Taliwang merupakan perairan air tawar dengan luas wilayah 819,2 hektar yang terletak di Kabupaten Sumbawa Barat, Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Barat (NTB). TWA Danau Rawa Taliwang ini memiliki fungsi utama sebagai pengendali banjir karena pada saat Sungai Brang Rea, Sungai Brang Ene, Sungai Taliwang, atau Sungai Seteluk tidak dapat lagi menampung air, maka akan ditampung di danau tersebut. Namun saat ini, danau tersebut mengalami pendangkalan. Pendangkalan terjadi akibat erosi permukaan perbukitan sekitar area danau saat musim hujan dan proses sedimentasi yang berlangsung selama bertahun-tahun akibat terbendungnya pola hidrologi kawasan danau dan sungai yang berbatasan dengan hilir danau serta penggunaan kawasan danau sebagai sawah musiman oleh masyarakat setempat. Pendangkalan yang terjadi mengakibatkan danau ini tidak dapat melakukan fungsinya secara optimal. Oleh karena itu, dibutuhkan kapal keruk untuk melakukan pengerukan sedimen di TWA Danau Rawa Taliwang. Pengerjaan tugas akhir ini bertujuan untuk menentukan jenis kapal keruk, operational scheme dan sistem pembuangan yang sesuai, payload, ukuran utama, sistem propulsi, melakukan perhitungan teknis, membuat desain rencana garis, rencana umum, dan model 3D kapal keruk, serta melakukan perhitungan biaya pembangunan dan operasional kapal keruk. Dari analisis yang telah dilakukan dengan metode perbandingan, dipilih kapal keruk dengan jenis suction dredger dan sistem pembuangan menggunakan barge. Dari analisis dan perhitungan, didapatkan payload sebesar 14,35 ton. Dengan metode trend curve approach, diperoleh ukuran utama berupa Lpp 12,5 m, B 4,2 m, H 1,4 m, dan T 0,74 m. Secara regulasi, perhitungan freeboard minimal mengacu pada Rules for The Towing Survey of Barges and Tugboats dan perhitungan stabilitas menggunakan kriteria dari Germanisher Lloyd untuk kapal kecil. Secara ekonomis, pembangunan dua buah kapal membutuhkan dana sebesar Rp3.406.076.789,59 dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp1.889.647.807,38/tahun untuk dua buah kapal.

Rawa Taliwang Lake Nature Tourism Park is a freshwater waters with an area of 819,2 hectares located in West Sumbawa Regency, West Nusa Tenggara Province. But now, the lake is experiencing siltation. Siltation occurs due to erosion of the surface of the hills around the lake area during the rainy season and the sedimentation process that lasts for years due to the damming of the hydrological pattern of the lake and river areas bordering the lake downstream and the use of the lake area as seasonal rice fields by the local community. The siltation that occurs causes this lake to not be able to perform its functions optimally. Therefore, a dredger is needed to carry out sediment dredging in Rawa Taliwang Lake. The purpose of this final project is to determine the type of dredger, operational scheme and appropriate exhaust system, payload, main size, propulsion system, perform technical calculations, design line plans, general plans, and 3D models of dredgers, and calculate construction costs. and dredger operations. From the analysis that has been done using the comparison method, a dredger with a suction dredger and a barge as discharges system was selected. From the analysis and calculation, obtained a payload of 14,35 tons. With the trend curve approach method, the main sizes are Lpp 12,5 m, B 4,2 m, H 1,4 m, and T 0,74 m. By the regulation, the minimum freeboard calculation refers to the Rules for The Towing Survey of Barges and Tugboats and the stability calculation uses the criteria from Germanisher Lloyd for small vessels. Economically, the construction of two ships requires funds of Rp3.406.076.789,59 and operating costs of Rp1.889.647.807,38/year for two ships.
