Abstract

Produk lighting merupakan produk sumber pencahayaan yang sangat krusial pada setiap rumah, selain memiliki fungsi sebagai penerangan, produk lighting dapat menjadi elemen pemanis atau dekorasi yang dapat menghias tampilan exterior maupun interior. Seiring berjalannya waktu, kemajuan pada teknologi semakin meningkat, salah satunya perkembangan pada teknologi adalah di bidang pemotongan, teknologi pada alat pemotong untuk memotong material dengan menggunakan sinar laser, atau di kenal dengan nama laser cutting. Kerf cut merupakan teknik yang memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi laser cutting pada hard material seperti kayu. Cara kerja teknik kerf cut, secara garis besar adalah dengan cara memberi lubang pada material dengan alat laser cut, dengan bentuk pattern, pola, atau garis yang telah dirancang, sehingga kayu dapat menjadi lentur dan dapat di tekuk. Maka dari itu setelah melihat tren & fenomena diatas muncul ide, untuk melahirkan produk lighting series dengan memanfaatkan kemajuan teknologi, yaitu menggunakan teknik kerf cut pada bagian kap lampu.

Lighting products are very crucial lighting source products in every home, apart from having a function as lighting, lighting products can be a sweetener or decoration element that can decorate both exterior and interior appearances. Over time, advances in technology have increased, one of which is developments in technology in the field of cutting, technology in cutting tools for cutting materials using laser light, or known as laser cutting. Kerf cut is a technique that takes advantage of advances in laser cutting technology on hard materials such as wood. The way the kerf cut technique works, in general, is by giving a hole to the material with a laser cut tool, with the form of a pattern, pattern, or line that has been designed, so that the wood can be flexible and can be bent. Therefore, after seeing the trends & phenomena above, an idea emerged, to give birth to lighting series products by taking advantage of technological advances, namely using the kerf cut technique on the lampshade.
