Abstract
Direktorat Pengembangan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi (DPTSI) bertugas untuk menyediakan dan mengelola layanan Teknologi Informasi di lingkungan ITS. DPTSI berperan mendukung aktivitas akademik, kegiatan perkantoran, kepegawaian, penelitian dan pengabdian masyarakat, serta manajerial di lingkungan ITS guna membantu ITS mencapai visi misinya. Salah satu kegiatan di ITS yang biasa dilakukan ialah dalam melakukan pembuatan SK. Dimana pada sistem yang telah ada, proses permintaan & pembuatan SK nya masih dilakukan secara manual. Selain itu, proses upload file SK pada sistem yang telah ada, masih harus dilakukan dengan cara melakukan scanning setelah file SK tersebut jadi. Oleh karena itu, myITS Office v2.0 dirancang sebagai sistem informasi yang dapat melakukan proses pembuatan SK di ITS agar para petugas entri SK di ITS sudah tidak perlu melakukan permohonan SK secara manual lagi serta juga dapat memfasilitasi dosen, tendik, dan mahasiswa agar dapat melihat SK yang mereka terima melalui aplikasi ini.
Modul-modul yang ada pada Aplikasi myITS Office v2.0 ini dibuat dengan menggunakan Framework Laravel, HTML, CSS dan Javascript serta menggunakan DBMS Microsoft SQL Server. Dengan aplikasi ini nantinya diharapkan dapat memudahkan proses pembuatan & permohonan SK di ITS, serta dapat menyediakan wadah bagi dosen, tendik, dan mahasiswa agar mereka dapat melihat SK yang mereka terima pada aplikasi myITS Office v2.0.

Direktorat Pengembangan Teknologi dan Sistem Informasi ITS (DPTSI) is tasked with providing and managing Information Technology services within the ITS environment. DPTSI plays a role in supporting academic activities, office activities, staffing, research and community service, as well as managerial activities within ITS to help ITS achieve its vision and mission. One of the activities at ITS that is usually done is in making SK. Where in the existing system, the process of requesting & making SK is still done manually. In addition, the process of uploading the SK file on the existing system still has to be done by scanning after the SK file is finished. Therefore, myITS Office v2.0 is designed as an information system that can carry out the process of making SK at ITS so that SK entry officers at ITS no longer need to apply for SK manually and can also facilitate lecturers, staff, and students to see SK that they receive through this application.
The modules in the myITS Office v2.0 application are made using the Laravel Framework, HTML, CSS and Javascript and using the Microsoft SQL Server DBMS. With this application, it is hoped that it will facilitate the process of making & applying for SK at ITS, and can provide a forum for lecturers, staff, and students so that they can see the SK they received in the myITS Office v2.0 application.
