Abstract

Pada Proyek Pabrik Amonium Nitrat milik PT.KAN dalam pelaksanaan di lapangan tidak jarang terdapat beberapa penyesuaian yang dilakukan dengan memperhatikan kondisi atau keadaan yang ada, hal ini dapat berupa letak atau lokasi dimana pekerjaan struktur dilakukan, jumlah tenaga kerja yang ada, ketersediaan peralatan maupun perlengkapan yang dimiliki, dsb. Sehingga dalam pemilihan metode pekerjaan dimasing-masing tahapan tidak dapat disamakan satu dengan yang lainnya.
