Abstract

Penggunaan bekisting semi system memiliki biaya yang paling murah untuk pekerjaan kolom 1 lantai yaitu sebesar Rp 206.438.274. Hal tersebut dikarenakan bekisting semi system memiliki biaya satuan pekerjaan bahan dan upah yang cukup murah dan bekisting semi system dapat dipakai hingga 5 kali pemakaian.
Dari segi waktu pengerjaan, bekisting system (PERI) memiliki durasi pekerjaan tercepat yaitu 0,3258 hari atau 7,8 jam untuk pengerjaan bekisting kolom satu lantai. Hal tersebut dikarenakan kapasitas produksi pekerja yang tinggi yaitu 36,291 m2/org/hari dan kemudahan dalam pelaksanaan. Namun, bekisting system ini hanya dapat digunakan untuk pekerjaan kolom saja.
