Abstract

Teknik Sipil merupakan salah satu bidang ilmu yang menekuni bidang perencanaan dan perancangan pembangunan fasilitas. Dalam pembelajaran pada masa perkuliahan di Teknik Sipil, pengetahuan yang diberikan salah satunya didapatkan melalui kerja praktek pada proyek konstruksi. Kegiatan kerja praktek dinilai memiliki peran yang besar bagi mahasiswa karena ilmu yang didapatkan di lapangan akan menyempurnakan pemahaman mahasiswa, terutama terkait metode pelaksanaan pekerjaan yang terkadang memiliki perbedaan dengan ilmu yang sudah dipelajari di perkuliahan. Kerja Praktek atau yang selanjutnya disebut KP diharapkan dapat memperkaya dan memperdalam pengetahuan serta menambah pengalaman dalam dunia konstruksi ketekniksipilan sehingga nantinya mahasiswa akan lebih siap menghadapi realita lapangan dalam konstruksi era globalisasi yang mengedepankan pemanfaatan teknologi terbarukan. Pelaksanaan kegiatan KP diawasi oleh Project Manager dari PT. Lumbungmas Konstrindo Utama pada proyek Pembangunan Gedung Siber Forensic MABES TNI AD yang berlokasi di Jakarta Pusat, tepatnya di Markas Besar TNI AD (MABESAD). Pelaksanaan KP dilakukan pada pekerjaan pondasi yang meliputi pekerjaan galian, pemancangan, pembesian, pemasangan pile cap dan sloof, dan pekerjaan bekisting. Terdapat beberapa permasalahan pada proyek yang terjadi saat pelaksanaan, diantaranya cuaca yang tidak mendukung, adanya beton dalam tanah, genangan air pada galian, dan penerapan K3 yang kurang maksimal.

Civil Engineering is a field that focuses on planning and designing facilities. In the process of learning during lectures in Civil Engineering, one of the knowledge provided is obtained through practical work on construction projects. Practical work activities are considered to have a big role for students because the knowledge gained in the field will improve students' understanding, especially regarding the method of carrying out work which sometimes has differences with the knowledge that has been learned in lectures. Practical Work or hereinafter referred to as KP is expected to enrich and deepen knowledge and add experience in the world of civil engineering construction so that later students will be well prepared to face the realities of the field in the construction of the globalization era that prioritizes the use of renewable technology. The implementation of KP activities is supervised by the Project Manager of PT. Lumbungmas Konstrindo Utama in the Cyber ​​Forensic Building project for the Indonesian Army Headquarters which is located in Central Jakarta, to be precise at the TNI AD Headquarters (MABESAD). Implementation of KP is carried out on foundation work which includes excavation work, erection work, ironwork, pile cap and sloof installation, and formwork work. There were several problems in the project that occurred during implementation, including unfavorable weather, the presence of concrete in the soil, puddles of water in the excavation, and the application of K3 that was less than optimal.
