Abstract

PT. Pupuk Kalimantan Timur adalah salah satu anak perusahaan dari Pupuk Indonesia Holding Company. Dalam menjalankan dan mendukung keberlangsungan produksinya, PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur membutuhkan fasilitas-fasilias lain sebagai penunjang proses produksi sehingga dapat berjalan normal. Dalam suatu proyek dibutuhkan ketentuan-ketentuan yang disusun secara lengkap, tertulis (yang mencakup rincian teknis atau karakteristik yang dimliki oleh sebuah barang/material/jasa dan rincian persyaratan administrasi teknis yang terintegrasi) dengan jelas disebut sebagai spesifikasi teknis. Tujuan utama dari dibuatnya spesifikasi teknis adalah agar pekerjaan yang dilakukan oleh pelaksana dapat memenuhi hasil produk akhir yang sesuai keinginan dari pemilik pekerjaan (owner).

In carrying out and supporting the continuity of its production, PT Pupuk Kalimantan Timur requires other facilities to support the production process so that it can run normally. In a project, it is necessary to have complete, clearly written provisions (which include technical details or characteristics of a product/material/service and details of integrated technical administrative requirements) known as technical specifications. The main purpose of creating technical specifications is that the work carried out by the executor can meet the final product results according to the wishes of the owner.
