Abstract
Dalam rangka memberikan berbagai fitur menarik serta mengembangkan ekosistem teknologi informasi di Indonesia, Kotakode sedang mengembangkan sebuah fitur jobs yang berguna untuk menghubungkan para pencari kerja di bidang teknologi dan informasi dengan para recruiter yang mencari talenta – talenta terbaik di bidang teknologi informasi. Kotakode banyak melakukan komunikasi dengan recruiter – recruiter di tech company untuk mengetahui hal – hal apa yang dibutuhkan recruiter ketika sedang merekrut job seeker.
Dengan adanya fitur jobs ini, diharapkan dapat semakin membuka lapangan pekerjaan teknologi informasi di Indonesia serta meningkatkan minat banyak orang untuk berkarir di bidang teknologi informasi. Fitur jobs yang dibuat mempunyai beberapa sub fitur seperti dapat menambahkan perusahaan yang ingin melakukan recruitment dan juga menambahkan recruiter dari perusahaan tersebut. Recruiter juga dapat membuka lowongan. Di sisi lain job seeker dapat menarik minat recruiter dengan mengupload resume. Job seeker juga dapat melamar pekerjaan

In order to provide various interesting features and develop the information technology ecosystem in Indonesia, Kotakode is developing a jobs feature that is useful for connecting job seekers in the field of technology and information with recruiters who are looking for the best talents in the field of information technology. Kotakode communicates a lot with recruiters at tech companies to find out what recruiters need when recruiting job seekers.
With this jobs feature, it is hoped that it will open up more information technology jobs in Indonesia and increase the interest of many people for a career in information technology. The created jobs feature has several sub-features such as being able to add companies that want to do recruitment and also adding recruiters from that company. Recruiters can also open vacancies. On the other hand, job seekers can attract recruiters by uploading resumes. Job seekers can also apply for jobs
