Abstract

Jalan layang atau elevated adalah jalan yang dibangun tidak
sebidang melayang menghindari daerah/kawasan yang selalu
menghadapi permasalahan kemacetan lalu lintas, melewati
persilangan kereta api untuk meningkatkan keselamatan lalu lintas
dan efisiensi.
Jalan elevated merupakan bagian dari jalan bebas hambatan
untuk mengatasi hambatan karena konflik di persimpangan,
melewati kawasan kumuh yang sulit atau melalui daerah rawa.
Jalan elevated terbagi menjadi dua bagian, yaitu bagian struktur
atas (slab) yang menerima beban langsung kemudian beban
tersebut di salurkan ke elemen struktur bawah; dan bagian struktur
bawah (pile head, pondasi) yang berfungsi menerima seluruh beban
struktur atas dan beban lain.
Tol yang dijadikan objek studi dalam Proyek Akhir ini adalah
jalan layang pada Tol Krian – Legundi – Bunder – Manyar
(KLBM), Gresik STA 25+000 sampai dengan STA 28+000.
Hasil akhir yang diharapkan dari proyek akhir ini adalah dapat
mendapatkan rencana perencanaan struktur jalan elevated, rencana
pelebaran jalan untuk UR jalan 40 tahun, rencana anggaran biaya,
serta penggambaran teknik. Selain itu, diharapkan studi konstruksi
jalan elevated ini dapat menjadi referensi terhadap studi sejenis
selanjutnya.

Elevated road was road that was built not hovering the area
that always face the problem of traffic jams, passed through
railroad crossings to increase traffic safety and efficiency.
Elevated road was part of the freeway to resolve the obstacles
because the intersection conflict, through the difficult slum area or
the swamp. Elevated road divided into two parts, that are top�structure (slab) which receive the direct load then forward the load
to the bottom-structure; and bottom-structure (pile head,
foundation) which receive all loads that generated by soil, water�flow, collision, friction, etc.
Toll road which was used as the object of this Final Project is
Elevated Road in Krian-Legundi-Bunder-Manyar (KLBM) Toll
Road, Gresik, KM 25 to KM 28.
The expected result from this final project was to obtain the
elevated road structure planning plan, road widening for 40 years
life plan, cost estimation, and main structural engineering
drawing. Moreover, hopefully this elevated road construction
study can be reference for other similar studies.
