Abstract
Pada anjungan lepas pantai seperti well head platform, sistem perpipaan dipasang di atas anjungan dan/atau di bawah laut yang menjadi sarana pengangkutan hidrokarbon dari pemboran ke fasilitas selanjutnya. Proses penurunan dari floating barge biasanya menggunakan beberapa davit yang dilengkapi oleh tugger winch sebagai alat lifting atau lowering pada davit hingga pipa tersebut ditempatkan pada posisi akhir. Selama proses penurunan di industri EPCI, terdapat kemungkinan bahwa salah satu tugger winch pada masing-masing davit dapat mengalami macet atau mati yang mana menyebabkan proses penurunan dapat terganggu. Macet atau matinya salah satu davit saat proses lowering dapat menyebabkan perbedaan ketinggian titik angkat suatu davit yang mati dengan davit lainnya yang berjalan secara normal. Hal ini dapat menyebabkan terjadinya tegangan pada sepanjang pipe spool. Analisis tegangan dilakukan dengan bantuan dari SACS dan analisis local buckling dilakukan dengan MS Excel. Pada kasus normal didapat UC 0,673 pada member 0001-SL2/SL2-0002 dengan UC buckling 0,216. Kasus davit 1 berhenti dihasilkan displacement terbesar 184 cm dengan UC 0,998 pada member SL1-0001/0001-SL2 dengan UC buckling 0,473. Kasus davit 2 berhenti dihasilkan displacement terbesar 22 cm dengan UC 0,998 pada member 0001-SL2/SL2-0002 dengan UC buckling 0.460. Kasus davit 3 berhenti dihasilkan displacement terbesar 28 cm dengan UC 0,997 pada member 0003-SL3/SL3-COG dengan UC buckling 0,472. Kasus davit 4 berhenti dihasilkan displacement terbesar 27 cm dengan UC 0,998 pada member 0004-SL4/SL4-0005 dengan UC buckling 0,474. Kasus davit 5 berhenti dihasilkan displacement terbesar 26 cm dengan UC 0,99 pada member 0006-SL5/SL5-0007 dengan UC buckling 0,466. Kasus davit 6 berhenti dihasilkan displacement terbesar 162 cm dengan UC 0,996 pada member 0005-0006/0006-SL5 dengan UC buckling 0.588.

On offshore platforms such as well head platforms, a piping system is installed above the platform and/or under the sea which serves as a means of transporting hydrocarbons from drilling to the further facility.The lowering process from a floating barge usually uses several davits equipped with a tugger winch as a lifting or lowering tool on the davit until the pipe is placed at its final position. During the lowering process in the EPCI industry, there is a possibility that one of the tugger winch on each davit may become jammed or stalled which can cause the lowering process to be interrupted. Jammed or stalled of one davit during the lowering process can cause a difference in the height of the lifting point of a stalled davit with other davits that function properly. This can cause stress along the pipe spool. Modeling for analysis and local buckling analysis is numerically carried out by using SACS software and MS Excel. In normal case obtained UC 0.673 in members 0001-SL2/SL2-0002 with UC buckling 0.216. Case of davit 1 stopped resulted largest displacement of 184 cm with UC 0.998 in members SL1-0001/0001-SL2 with UC buckling 0.473. Case of davit 2 stopped resulted largest displacement of 22 cm with UC 0.994 in members 0001-SL2/SL2-0002 with UC buckling 0.460. Case of davit 3 stopped resulted largest displacement of 28 cm with UC 0.997 in members 0003-SL3/SL3-COG with UC buckling 0.472. Case of davit 4 stopped resulted largest displacement of 27 cm with UC 0.998 in members 0004-SL4/SL4-0005 with UC buckling 0.474. Case of davit 5 stopped resulted largest displacement of 26 cm with UC 0.99 in members 0006-SL5/SL5-0007 with UC buckling 0.466. Case of davit 6 stopped resulted largest displacement of 162 cm with UC 0.996 in members 0005-0006/0006-SL5 with UC buckling 0.588.
