Abstract
Perencanaan suatu sistem penyediaan tenaga listrik perlu ditentukan dengan tepat. Salah satunya pada Pembangkit Listrik Tenaga Gas dan Uap (PLTGU). Salah satu komponen dalam PLTGU adalah high pressure boiler feed pump. Kerusakan yang terjadi pada high pressure boiler feed pump seringkali berlangsung secara tiba-tiba dan di luar prediksi yang telah direncanakan. Kerusakan ini akan mengganggu proses produksi, biaya operasional perusahaan meningkat dan supply listrik akan terhenti akibat proses perbaikan komponen-komponen yang mengalami kerusakan. Di dalam manajemen pemeliharaan mesin, Rantai Markov (Markov Chain) dapat digunakan sebagai suatu model untuk menganalisa kemungkinan transisi status mesin dari kondisi baik, rusak ringan, rusak sedang, sampai dengan rusak berat di masa mendatang. Usulan pemeliharaan yang diambil berdasarkan sistem stokastik selama proses produksi dalam manajemen pemeliharaan perusahaan. Dari perhitungan menggunakan model Rantai Markov didapatkan usulan pemeliharaan P2, yaitu pemeliharaan korektif pada status rusak berat dan pemeliharaan preventif pada status rusak ringan dan rusak sedang yang memerlukan biaya pemeliharaan paling minimum yaitu Rp.659.169.190,7, sehingga dapat menghemat biaya pemeliharaan sebesar 83,71 %. Dalam jangka panjang, peluang HP BFP 1A dalam kondisi baik sebesar 55,56 %, HP BFP 1B dalam kondisi baik sebesar 58,33 %, HP BFP 1C dalam kondisi baik sebesar 54,55%, dan HP BFP 1D dalam kondisi baik sebesar 53,85%.

Planning an electricity supply system needs to be determined precisely. One of them is the Gas and Steam Power Plant (PLTGU). One component in a PLTGU is a High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump. Damage that occurs in the High Pressure Boiler Feed Pump often takes place suddenly and beyond planned predictions. This damage will disrupt the production process, the company's operational costs increase and electricity supply will be stopped due to the process of repairing damaged components. In engine maintenance management, the Markov Chain can be used as a model to analyze the possible transition of machine status from good condition, light damage, moderate damage, to severe damage in the future. The proposed maintenance is based on a stochastic system during the production process in the company's maintenance management. From the calculation using the Markov Chain model, it is obtained P2 maintenance proposal, namely corrective maintenance in severely damaged status and preventive maintenance in mild and moderate damaged status which requires the minimum maintenance costs, namely Rp.659,169,190.7, so that it can save maintenance costs of 83,71%. In the long term, the chance for HP BFP 1A in good condition is 55,56%, HP BFP 1B in good condition is 58,33%, HP BFP 1C in good condition is 54,55%, and HP BFP 1D is in good condition of 53,85%.
