Abstract
Penelitian mengenai interpretasi seismik refleksi di lapangan BIMA untuk menentukan penyebaran porositas zona reservoir batu pasir. Daerah penelitian merupakan lapisan batu pasir yang termasuk ke dalam Formasi Keutapang, cekungan Sumatera Utara, Provinsi Nanggroe Aceh Darusalam. Secara umum lapisan batuan daerah penelitian mengalami lipatan dan pensesaran dari arah baratlaut-tenggara. Metoda inversi dan
multi atribut seismik menghasilkan peta sebaran nilai AI (Acoustic Impedance), porositas, dan Gamma-Ray untuk model gambaran bawah permukaan daerah penelitian lapangan BIMA. Zona penelitian dibatasi pada kedalaman 600-930 meter di
bawah permukaan tanah. Hasil korelasi model seismik sintetik dengan seismik riil pada inversi seismik sebesar 0,998, untuk korelasi model log Gamma-Ray dan porositas dengan log sumur pada proses multi atribut seismik masing-masing 0,98 dan 0,82. Hasil analisa peta distribusi AI, Gamma-Ray, dan porositas memperlihatkan karakterisasi zona reservoir batu pasir lapangan BIMA memiliki harga AI 19.000-20.600 (ft/s)*(g/cc), Gamma-Ray 56-88 gapi, dan harga porositas sebesar 20-23%.

A research about reflection seismic interpretation for “BIMA" field to determine distribution of the sandstone reservoir zone porosity has conducted. Study area is a sandstone layer from Keutapang Formation, North Sumatera Basin, Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam. Generally, the bedrock of the study area has experienced folds and faults from northwest to southeast direction. Inversion method and seismic multi-attribute produces distribution map of impedance, porosity and Gamma-Ray value for illustration subsurface models of BIMA field. Limited research target zone at a depth of 600-930 meters below ground subsurface. Correlation result of syntethic seismic model with real seismic on seismic inversion of 0.998. Correlation of gammaray log model and Neutron Porosity with well log on seismic multi-attribute each 0.98 and 0.82. Analysis result of distribution map of AI, gamma-ray, and porosity showed characterization of
sandstone reservoir zone on BIMA field has a value of AI 19,000- 20,600 (ft/s)*(g/cc), gamma-ray of 56-88 gapi, and Porosity of 20-23%.
