Abstract
Saat ini pemerintah melalui Proyek Strategi Nasional (PSN) berencana membangun smelter
untuk tambang nikel di Kabupaten Kolaka, ProvinsiSulawesi Tenggara sehingga kebutuhan
listrik akan meningkat pada tahun 2022. Namun, proses pembangunan pembangkit listrik di
Indonesia membutuhkan waktu lama minimal 2 tahun. Salah satu upaya untuk mempercepat
penyediaan listrik tersebut adalah membangun kapal pembangkit listrik di Sulawesi Tenggara
yang nantinya dapat mendukung sistem kelistrikan SULBAGSEL 150 KV. Tujuan Tugas Akhir
ini adalah membuat desain kapal pembangkit listrik dalam bentuk Barge Mounted Power Plant
(BMPP) yang menggunakan Gas Turbine berbahan bakar LNG dengan fasilitas trafo 150 KV
untuk memenuhi listrik di perairan Kabupaten Kolaka dengan kebutuhan daya sebesar 120
MW. Setelah dilakukan perhitungan teknis berupa perhitungan berat, displacement, trim,
freeboard, dan stabilitas, ukuran utama yang diperoleh adalah LPP = 59.8 m; B = 21.5 m; H =
6 m; T = 2 m. Berdasarkan data tersebut, penulis merancang Lines Plan, General Arrangement,
Safety Plant, Diagram Electrical MV to HV, 3D model dan animasi

The Government of Indonesia currently plans to build a smelter for nickel mining in Kabupaten
Kolaka, Southeast Sulawesi Province under National Strategic Project (PSN). Consequently,
demand for electricity will increase in 2022. However, building new power plant needs at least
2 years. One of the solutions to accelerate electricity supply is to build marine vessel power
plant in Southeast Sulawesi which will later be able to support SULBAGSEL transmission
network of 150 KV. Hence, the final project aims to design marine vessel power plant and its
type is Barge Mounted Power Plant (BMPP) with LNG-fuelled Gas Turbine Engine and 150
KV Transformer with power 120 MW to supply electricity in Kabupaten Kolaka water. After
finishing the technical calculations such as payload, displacement, trim, freeboard, and stability,
the main dimension of barge is LPP = 59.8 m; B = 21.5 m; H = 6 m; T = 2 m. Based on this
data, the author designed Lines Plan, General Arrangement, Safety Plant, Diagram Electrical
MV to HV, 3D model dan animation.
