Abstract

Sungai Bengawan Solo merupakan sungai terbesar dan terpanjang di Pulau Jawa, dan mengalirkan air dari daerah aliran sungai (DAS) seluas kurang lebih 16,000 km2. Sungai Bengawan Solo ini bermata air di daerah Wonogiri menuju muaranya di Laut Jawa, yaitu di Delta Pangkah, Gresik. Muara Sungai Bengawan Solo berpotensi mengalami pendangkalan akibat terendapnya sedimen tersuspensi dalam kurun waktu tertentu. Daerah yang mengalami pendangkalan dapat diidentifikasi dengan konsentrasi dan arah sebaran sedimen tersuspensi, khususnya yang dipengaruhi oleh pasang surut air laut dan debit sungai. Saat ini, kondisi Sungai Bengawan Solo menumpuk akan sampah-sampah plastik yang bermuara di Ujung Pangkah, yang merupakan kiriman dari hulu Bengawan Solo. Sampah-sampah tersebut terbawa ke laut lepas, sisanya menumpuk dan menepi di tambak warga. Tugas Akhir ini mempunyai tujuan untuk melakukan analisis teknis mengenai desain kapal yang cocok untuk karakteristik Muara Sungai Bengawan Solo. Oleh karena itu didesain kapal pengeruk dengan jenis suction dredger dan pembersih sampah yang dilengkapi conveyor sehingga dapat mengeruk sedimen serta menghisap sampah dalam pengoperasiannya, serta dilengkapi dengan peralatan amphibi sebagai penunjang operasional kapal, dan juga antisipasi di saat sungai kering sehingga perairan surut tetapi kapal tetap harus beroperasi. Payload dari desain kapal ini adalah muatan hasil pengerukan dan pembersihan sampah dengan jumlah masing – masing sebesar 169.521 ton dan 12.382 ton. Hasil perhitungan analisis teknis dari amphibious dredger –skimmer diperoleh ukuran utama Panjang (Loa) = 25 m; Lebar (B) = 8.5 m; Tinggi (H)= 3.0 m; Sarat (T)= 1.5 m;dan Kecepatan (Vs)= 4.86 Knot. Setelah ukuran utama diperoleh, dilakukan pembuatan Gambar Rencana Garis, Gambar Rencana Umum, dan Model 3D dengan biaya pembangunan sebesar Rp 3.421.720.962, dan biaya operasional sebesar Rp 1.333.075.503 per tahun.

Bengawan Solo River is the largest and longest river in Java Island, and drains water from the
watershed covering an area of approximately 16,000 km2. Bengawan Solo River is water-
eyed in wonogiri area to its estuary in the Java Sea, namely in the Pangkah Delta, Gresik. The
mouth of the Bengawan Solo River has the potential to experience siltation due to the
presence of suspended sediments within a certain period of time. Areas experiencing siltation
can be identified by the concentration and direction of the distribution of suspended
sediments, particularly those affected by tides and river discharges. Currently, the condition
of the Bengawan Solo River accumulates plastic waste that empties into Ujung Pangkah,
which is a shipment from upstream bengawan Solo. The garbage was carried to the high seas,
the rest piled up and pulled over in the ponds of residents. This Final Project aims to conduct
a technical analysis of the design of the ship suitable for the characteristics of the Bengawan
Solo River Estuary. Therefore, it is designed dredging vessels with the type of suction dredger
and garbage cleaner equipped with conveyors so that they can dredge sediment and suck
garbage in their operation, and equipped with amphibious equipment as an operational
support for the ship, and also anticipation when the river is dry so that the waters recede but
the ship still has to operate. The payload of the ship design are a payload of dredging and
cleaning waste with amounts of 169,521 tons and 12,382 tons, respectively. The results of
technical analysis calculations from amphibious dredger -skimmer obtained the main size
length (Loa) = 25 m; Width (B) = 8.5 m; Height (H)= 3.0 m; Draught (T)= 1.5 m; and Speed
(Vs)= 4.86 Knots. After the main size was obtained, the creation of The Lines Plan, General
Arrangement, and 3D Model with a building cost of Rp 3,421,720,962, and operational costs
of Rp 1,333,075,503 per year.
