Abstract
Tingginya angka kecelakaan kapal ikan di Laut Jawa disebabkan banyaknya kapal nelayan yang tidak memiliki peralatan penunjang keselamatan dalam berlayar seperti SART. Sehingga terjadi kefatalan karena sulitnya ditemukan lokasi nelayan ketika terjadi kecelakaan. Dan juga, mahalnya peralatan SART yang berada di pasaran membuat para nelayan tidak sanggup untuk membelinya. Penelitian terkait Mini SART-DMOM merupakan sebuah alat inovasi yang memiliki system kerja hampir sama dengan SART yang berada di pasaran dan juga alat ini memiliki harga yang lebih murah dibandingkan dengan SART yang berada dijual di pasaran. Dalam perakitan prototype komponen utama yang digunakan yaitu GPS Neo 6m, Arduino Uno, LoRa dan Wemos. Perakitan prototype dibagi menjadi dua yaitu Mini SART-DMOM Transmitter dan Mini SART-DMOM Receiver. Dalam uji coba prototype yang dilakukan dapat berjalan dengan lancar dimana Mini SART-DMOM Transmitter dapat mendapatkan koordinat lokasi melalui GPS. LoRa mengirim data lokasi tersebut dari LoRa Transmitter ke LoRa Receiver. Data yang telah diterima oleh Receiver dikirim oleh Board Wifi (Wemos ESP 8266) untuk bisa dipantau langsung dari jarak jauh melalui Web Blynk. Namun, dalam uji coba tersebut, jarak jangkau yang tercatat maksimal hanya 50m.

The high number of fishing vessels accidents in the Java Sea is due to the large number of fishing vessels that do not have safety support equipment in sailing, such as SART. So fatalities occur because it is difficult to find the location of fishers when an accident occur. Also, the high cost of SART equipment on the market makes fishers unable to afford it. Research related to Mini SART-DMOM is an innovation tool with a working system almost the same as SART on the market, and also this tool has a lower price compared to SART sold on the market. In assembling the prototype, the main components used are GPS Neo 6m, Arduino Uno, LoRa and Wemos (ESP 8266). The prototype assembly is divided into Mini SART-DMOM Transmitter and Mini SART-DMOM Receiver. In the prototype test that was carried out, it ran smoothly where the Mini SART-DMOM Transmitter could get location coordinates via GPS. LoRa sent the location data from the LoRa Transmitter to the LoRa Receiver. The data received by the Receiver was sent by the wifi Board (Wemos ESP 8266) to be monitored live remotely via Web Blynk. However, in this trial, the maximum recorded range was only 50m.
