Abstract

Manajemen proses bisnis memiliki tujuan memperbaiki proses bisnis tanpa harus menggunakan teknologi baru yang berguna untuk memberikan hasil yang lebih baik bagi pelanggan, sesuai dengan visi dan misi dari RS Mata SMEC yaitu menjadi pusat pelayanan kesehatan mata terdepan di Indonesia dan memberikan pelayanan yang berorientasi kepada kebutuhan dan kepuasan pasien. Dengan adanya pandemi Covid-19 rumah sakit perlu memperbaiki proses administrasinya agar sesuai dengan panduan dan dapat melindungi tenaga kesehatan maupun pasien. Dalam rangka memperbaiki proses bisnis, pendekatan DMAIC dari Six Sigma dianggap sebagai metode yang sistematis, terukur dan sesuai dengan tujuan penelitian ini yaitu memberikan usulan perbaikan dari proses bisnis di RS Mata SMEC melalui metode DMAIC. Hasil dari perbaikan ini akan didokumentasikan ke dalam prosedur standar operasi yang tepat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan pendekatan studi kasus, dimana penulis akan mendapatkan data dan melakukan analisis secara mendalam dengan menggunakan metode wawancara kepada pihak Pengendalian Mutu dan Keselamatan Pasien dan observasi ke RS Mata SMEC. Melalui pemetaan proses bisnis dari pasien umum dan BPJS yang dilakukan pada tahap Define, terdapat 10 permasalahan yang diidentifikasi. Kemudian pada tahap Measure, penulis melakukan analisis risiko dengan menggunakan FMEA yang memiliki hasil terdapat 3 permasalahan dengan nilai risiko tertinggi. Lalu pada tahap Analyze dilakukan identifikasi akar permasalahan yang kemudian dijadikan acuan penulis untuk membuat 6 usulan perbaikan di tahap Improve, dan terpilih sebanyak 3 usulan perbaikan yang menjadi prioritas. Terakhir pada tahap Control, penulis menyusun prosedur standar operasi berdasarkan usulan perbaikan tersebut yang berguna untuk memantau kinerja pelayanan di RS Mata SMEC.

A business process is a sequence of activities that are interrelated to produce a product or service. While business process management has the goal of improving business processes without having to use new technology that is useful for providing better results for customers, in accordance with the vision and mission of the SMEC Eye Hospital, which is to become the leading eye health service center in Indonesia and provide needs-oriented services. and patient satisfaction. With the Covid-19 pandemic, hospitals need to improve their administrative processes so that they comply with existing guidelines and can better protect both health workers and patients. In order to improve business processes, the DMAIC approach from Six Sigma is considered a systematic, measurable method and in accordance with the purpose of this research, namely to provide suggestions for improvement of business processes at SMEC Eye Hospital through the DMAIC method and the results of these improvements will be documented into standard operating procedures. right. This research is qualitative research with a case study approach, where the author will obtain data and conduct an in-depth analysis using interviews with the Quality Control and Patient Safety side and observations at the SMEC Eye Hospital. Through the business process mapping of general patients and BPJS which was carried out at the Define stage, there were 10 problems identified. Then at the Measure stage, the author conducts a risk analysis using FMEA which results in 3 problems with the highest risk value. Then at the Analyze stage, the root cause of the problem was identified which was then used as a reference for the author to make 6 improvement proposals at the Improve stage, and 3 proposed improvements were selected as priorities. Finally, at the Control stage, the authors develop standard operating procedures based on the proposed improvements which are useful for monitoring service performance at the SMEC Eye Hospital.
