Abstract

MyITS Human Capital Management (MyITS HCM) merupakan sebuah aplikasi yang sedang dikembangkan dan berfungsi untuk menyediakan berbagai keperluan terkait dengan kepegawaian ITS. Pada MyITS HCM, terdapat sebuah modul portofolio pegawai yang berfungsi untuk melakukan pengelolaan dan manajemen data portofolio kepegawaian ITS. Modul portofolio pegawai akan berfungsi sebagai sumber data yang banyak dimanfaatkan oleh aplikasi lain. Salah satu aplikasi tersebut ialah SISTER ITS. SISTER ITS merupakan sistem informasi yang dimiliki oleh DIKTI, dimana para dosen diberikan akses agar dapat melakukan manajemen data portofolio yang dimiliki. Untuk meringankan tugas dari dosen ITS, diperlukan adanya integrasi antara modul portofolio pegawai MyITS HCM dengan SISTER ITS. Integrasi dilakukan dengan menerapkan arsitektur Event Driven dengan menggunakan Apache Kafka. Pengujian integrasi masih dilakukan pada tahap pengembangan dikarenakan dari DIKTI masih belum membuka akses ke production. Hasil yang didapatkan dari pengujian integrasi ialah semua portofolio dapat dilakukan integrasi namun ada 1 portofolio yang tidak berhasil diintegrasikan pada metode pengubahan data kepanitiaan, dikarenakan endpoint API dari pihak SISTER masih ada yang mengalami error.

MyITS Human Capital Management (MyITS HCM) is an application that currently is being developed to provide various needs related to ITS staffing. In MyITS HCM, there is an employee portfolio module which functions is to manage and process ITS employee’s portfolio data. The employee portfolio module will serve as a data source that will be widely used by other applications. One of these applications is SISTER ITS. SISTER ITS is an information system owned by DIKTI, where lecturers are given access to manage their portfolio data. To ease the task of ITS lecturers, it is necessary to integrate the MyITS HCM employee portfolio module with ITS SISTER. Integration is done by implementing the Event Driven architecture using Apache Kafka. But, the integration testing is still being carried out at the development stage because DIKTI has not yet opened the access to production stage. The results obtained from the integration test are that all portfolios can be integrated, except for one portfolio that has not been successfully integrated in the data conversion method, because of the API endpoint of committee from SISTER is still experiencing errors.
