Abstract

Dalam marketplace salah satu faktor utama adalah kecepatan menjawab dari penjual. Dalam hal ini penjual belum tentu dapat menjawab pertanyaan pembeli dikarenakan berbagai permasalahan. Untuk itu dibuatlah sebuah program chatbot untuk melakukan penjawaban pesan tersebut. Dalam pembuatan chatbot digunakan selenium dan beautiful soup untuk meneruskan pesan menuju pembeli dari chatbot ataupun penjual melalui aplikasi telegram. Topik penelitian ini memiliki tujuan untuk memepercepat penjawaban pesan, meneruskan pesan penting dan mempermudah penjawaban pesan pada Tokopedia. Dalam penelitian ini dilakukan integrasi chatbot pada website Tokopedia dan pembuatan chatbot untuk membantu pengguna dalam mengatur pesan.

In the marketplace one of the main factors is the speed of reply from the seller. In this case the seller may not necessarily be able to answer the buyer's questions due to various problems. For this reason, a chatbot program was created to respond to these messages. In making chatbots, selenium and beautiful soup are used to forward messages to buyers from chatbots or sellers through the telegram application. The topic of this research has the aim of accelerating the response to messages, forwarding important messages and making it easier to answer messages on Tokopedia. In this study, the integration of chatbots on the Tokopedia website and the creation of chatbots was carried out to assist users in managing messages.
