Abstract

Sektor konstruksi pada negara berkembang memegang peranan penting dalam pembangunan di Indonesia. Namun sektor ini menyumbang angka kecelakaan kerja yang tinggi karena kegiatan konstruksi rawan terhadap terjadinya kecelakaan kerja. Kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi dapat terjadi kapanpun dan sulit untuk dihilangkan sepenuhnya serta memberikan dampak dari yang ringan hingga cukup serius. Kecelakaan kerja dapat terjadi akibat kelalaian individu maupun penerapan peraturan keselematan kerja yang tidak maksimal. Kecelakaan kerja pada proyek konstruksi dapat diminimalisir dan dikurangi dampaknya dengan dilakukannya manajemen risiko. Analisis risiko merupakan salah satu bagian dari manajemen risiko yang berfungsi untuk mengetahui tingkat risiko kecelakaan kerja.
Analisis risiko dalam penelitian ini dilakukan pada Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Tol Ruas Sigli – Banda Aceh Struktur Elevated. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini yaitu FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). Identifikasi risiko pada proyek konstruksi dilakukan berdasarkan penelitian sebelumnya, tinjauan lapangan, dan selanjutnya divalidasi melalui kuesioner pendahuluan kepada responden. Selanjutnya dilakukan penilaian tingkat keparahan (severity), tingkat kejadian (occurance) dan tingkat deteksi (detection) oleh responden dengan mengisi kuesioner utama dengan skala penilaian yang telah di tentukan. Lalu hasil penilaian dirankingkan untuk mendapatkan variabel nilai RPN tertinggi.
Risiko kecelakaan kerja dengan nilai RPN tertinggi yaitu pekerja terjatuh dari ketinggian pada pekerjaan erection girder dengan nilai RPN 158.667. Pengendalian risiko yang dilakukan untuk meminimalisir kecelakaan kerja yaitu dengan cara mengubah desain (ukuran, material, dan spesifikasi teknis) dan mengembangkan peralatan deteksi.

The construction sector in developing countries was an important role in development in Indonesia. However, this sector contributed to a high number of work accidents because construction activities were prone to work accidents. Work accidents on construction projects could occur at any time and were difficult to eliminate completely and had an impact from mild to quite serious. Work accidents could occur due to individual negligence or the application of work safety regulations that were not optimal. Work accidents on construction projects could be minimized and their impact reduced by risk management. Risk analysis was one part of risk management that serves to determine the level of risk of work accidents.
The risk analysis in this study was carried out by the Sigli- Banda Aceh elevated Structure toll Road Construction Project. The method used in this research is FMEA (Failure Mode and Effect Analysis). Risk identification in construction projects was carried out based on previous research, field reports, and then validated through a preliminary questionnaire to respondents. Furthermore, an assessment of the severity, occurrence, and detection rate by respondents was carried out by filling in the main questionnaire with a predetermined rating scale. Then the results of the assessment were rank to get the highest RPN value.
The risk of work accidents with the highest RPN value is that workers fall from a height on erection girder work with an RPN value of 158,667. Risk control was carried out to minimize work accidents, namely by changing the design (size, material, and technical specifications) and developing detection equipment.
