Abstract
Perkembangan Teknologi informasi dibutuhkan mengingat tingginya permintaan dan minat para pengguna. Terlepas dari seberapa kompleks TI dalam perusahaan, mereka memerlukan rencana untuk menanggulangi risiko yang akan memengaruhi bisnis mereka. Namun, banyak perusahaan yang belum memiliki rencana untuk menangani risiko tersebut. Salah satu risiko yang mengancam keberlangsungan perusahaan adalah bencana. Saat ini masih banyak perusahaan yang belum siap dalam menghadapi bencana, dengan kata lain kesiapan dalam menghadapi bencana masih sangat rendah. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan suatu perencanaan untuk memastikan bahwa kegiatan operasional suatu organisasi tetap berjalan meskipun terdapat risiko yang mengancam
Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mendapatkan hasil analisis risiko dan analisis dampak bisnis yang kemudian akan dirancang BCP sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Penelitian ini dilakukan di PT. Indosat Mega Media dengan menggunakan kerangka kerja BCMS ISO 22301:2012 Dengan beragamnya layanan maka aset teknologi informasi yang harus di kelola sangat banyak sehingga akan menimbulkan kerugian yang besar apabila perusahaan tidak mampu mencegah atau meminimalisir risiko yang dimilikinya. Business Continuity Plan merupakan rencana untuk mencegah dan memitigasi risiko yang terkait dengan gangguan operasional. BCP terdiri dari rincian prosedur sebelum, selama, dan setelah terjadi gangguan untuk menjaga kelangsungan bisnis. Setiap organisasi tidak akan memiliki BCP yang sama, karena setiap organisasi memiliki keunikan dan kebutuhan yang berbeda. Dalam penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberi pandangan bahwa implementasi BCP di dalam sebuah perusahaan merupakan sesuatu hal yang unik.
Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah rancangan dokumen BCP yang dihasilkan dengan meninjau hasil analisis risiko dan analisis dampak bisnis yang disesuaikan dengan formulasi kerangka kerja BCP yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan perusahaan. Sehingga akan didapatkan dokumen BCP yang dapat ditingkatkan secara terus menerus sesuai dengan kondisi perusahaan kedepannya. Hasil dari dokumen BCP kemudian akan di verifikasi dan di validasi oleh perusahaan.

Regardless of how complex IT is within a company, they need a plan to address the risks that will affect their business. One of the risks that threaten the sustainability of the company is disaster. Currently, there are still many companies that are not ready to face disasters, in other words, disaster preparedness is still very low. Therefore, a plan is needed to ensure that the operational activities of an organization continue to run even though there are threatening risks
The purpose of this research is to obtain the results of risk analysis and business impact analysis which will then be designed by BCP according to the company's needs. This research was conducted at PT. Indosat Mega Media using the BCMS ISO 22301:2012 framework Indosat Mega Media has a variety of services, from internet service providers to cloud services. With a variety of services, there are so many information technology assets that must be managed that it will cause huge losses if the company is not able to prevent or minimize the risks it has. The Business Continuity Plan is a plan to prevent and mitigate risks associated with operational disruptions. BCP consists of detailed procedures before, during, and after a disruption occurs to maintain business continuity. Every organization will not have the same BCP, because every organization has uniqueness and different needs. In this study, it is hoped that it can provide a view that the implementation of BCP in a company is something unique.
The result of this research is the design of the BCP document which is produced by reviewing the results of the risk analysis and business impact analysis that is adapted to the formulation of the BCP framework that is in accordance with the company's needs. So that BCP documents will be obtained which can be improved continuously according to the company's future conditions. The results of the BCP document will then be verified and validated by the company.
