Abstract

Organisasi bisnis bersaing secara global dan mengakibatkan banyak perubahan terjadi. Perubahan tersebut memicu setiap perusahaan agar melakukan evaluasi bertahap didukung dari penerapan efisiensi yang tepat guna kemajuan perusahaan khususnya pada industri perbankan sebagai lembaga perekonomian negara yang cenderung sering mengalami fluktuatif pasar. Untuk tujuan tersebut, pengukuran efisiensi modern dan kompleks yaitu NDEA (Network Data Envelopment Analysis) banyak diterapkan oleh peneliti. Terjadinya peningkatan publikasi penggunaan NDEA di industri perbankan membuat peneliti ingin menerapkan analisis bibliometrik untuk mengetahui tren dan perkembangan penggunaan model NDEA yang diterapkan sebagai pengukuran efisiensi di perbankan. Penelitian ini berhasil mendapatkan 135 publikasi artikel relevan dari 1.513 publikasi yang telah ditinjau secara manual yang didapatkan dari basis data Scopus dan WoS. Kemudian 135 artikel yang terpilih dianalisis secara deskriptif untuk mengetahui detail informasi yang dibutuhkan dengan berbagai klasifikasi yang menyangkut pengukuran efisiensi dengan metode NDEA di perbankan. Selanjutnya dilakukan analisis bibliometrik menggunakan perangkat lunak VOSviewer dengan empat tipe analisis yang diteliti yaitu citation analysis, co-citation analysis, bibliographic coupling, dan co-occurrence. Analisis ini menunjukkan hasil berupa visualisasi jaringan yang mencakup informasi seputar kutipan seperti penelitian yang paling berpengaruh dibidang penelitian, publikasi yang mengutip dan dikutip bersamaan, dilengkapi dengan visualisasi jaringan pada tiga kluster terbesar yang selalu digambarkan dengan warna merah, hijau dan biru. Selain itu terdapat tren penelitian yang terbagi dalam dua periode berdasarkan keyword co-occurrence yang digunakan dari keseluruhan publikasi.

Business organizations compete globally and result in many changes. The change triggers each company to conduct a gradual evaluation supported by the application of appropriate efficiency for the company's progress, especially in the banking industry as a state economic institution that tends to often experience market fluctuation. To this end, modern and complex efficiency measurements, namely NDEA (Network Data Envelopment Analysis), are widely applied by researchers. The increasing publication of the use of NDEA in the banking industry makes researchers want to apply bibliometric analysis to find out the trends and developments in the use of NDEA models applied as measurements of efficiency in banking. The study managed to get 135 publications of relevant articles from 1,513 manually reviewed publications obtained from the Scopus and WoS databases. Then 135 selected articles are analyzed descriptively to find out the detailed information needed with various classifications that concern the measurement of efficiency with the NDEA method in banking. Furthermore, bibliometric analysis is carried out using VOSviewer software with four types of analysis studied, namely citation analysis, co-citation analysis, bibliographic coupling, and co-occurrence. This analysis shows the results of network visualization that includes information about citations such as the most influential research in the field of research, publications that cite and quoted together, equipped with network visualizations on three largest clusters that are always depicted in red, green and blue. In addition, there is a research trend that is divided into two periods based on the keyword co-occurrence used from the entire publication.
