Abstract
Perkembangan big data di Indonesia mencakup semua jenis sektor, salah satunya adalah sektor penerbangan. Dalam sektor penerbangan, diperlukan lembaga yang mengatur navigasi udara. Lembaga yang mengatur navigasi udara di Indonesia adalah Perusahaan Umum Lembaga Penyelenggara Pelayanan Navigasi Penerbangan Indonesia (Perum LPPNPI). Perum LPPNPI memiliki banyak cabang, salah satunya berada di Bandar Udara Internasional Juanda, Surabaya. Selama masa pandemi COVID-19, seluruh sektor penerbangan yang ada di dunia mengalami perubahan yang sangat dinamis. Begitu pula dengan Perum LPPNPI Cabang Surabaya. Oleh karena itu, kerja praktik ini bertujuan untuk mendapatkan informasi yang cepat, mudah, menarik, dapat digunakan secara dinamis, dapat dipresentasikan langsung jika terdapat rapat dadakan di Perum LPPNPI Cabang Surabaya, serta dapat memprediksi data beberapa hari ke depan. Hasil kerja praktik yang didapatkan adalah pembuatan dashboard Perum LPPNPI menggunakan Microsoft Excel serta peramalan jumlah penerbangan atau movement menggunakan metode Single Exponential Smoothing.

The development of big data in Indonesia covers all types of sectors, one of which is the aviation sector. In the aviation sector, it is necessary for institutions that regulate air navigation. The institution that regulates air navigation in Indonesia is the General Company of the Indonesian Aviation Navigation Service Organizing Agency (Perum LPPNPI). Perum LPPNPI has many branches, one of which is at Juanda International Airport, Surabaya. During the COVID-19 pandemic, the entire aviation sector in the world experienced a very dynamic change. Similarly, perum LPPNPI Surabaya Branch. Therefore, this practice work aims to get information that is fast, easy, interesting, can be used dynamically, can be presented directly if there is an impromptu meeting at perum LPPNPI Surabaya Branch, and can predict data in the next few days. The result of practical work obtained is the creation of perum LPPNPI dashboard using Microsoft Excel and forecasting the number of flights or movements using the Single Exponential Smoothing method.
