Abstract
Kereta api merupakan salah satu moda transportasi darat yang populer dan cukup digemari oleh seluruh lapisan masyarakat. Sebagai alat transportasi massal kereta api sangat efisien untuk jumlah penumpang yang tinggi. Selain itu, kenyamanan dan keamanan penumpang menjadi faktor penting yang harus diperhatikan dalam menjaga kualitas kereta api. Dengan semakin bertambahnya jumlah peminat kereta api di Indonesia sebaiknya didukung oleh fasilitas – fasilitas yang memadai, peningkatan kualitas kereta api yang baik tentu saja menjadi salah satu usaha yang dapat dilakukan. Oleh karena itu dibutuhkan nilai Track Quaity Index (TQI) yang merupakan ringkasan statistik dari parameter geometri trek yang diukur selama panjang trek yang ditentukan dan secara efektif meringkas sejumlah besar pengukuran setiap parameter untuk segmen trek tertentu. Beberapa parameter geometri yang dibutuhkan dalam penentuan TQI yaitu angkatan, listringan, pertinggian dan lebar sepur. Peninjauan perhitungan nilai TQI untuk memprediksi rekomendasi standar yang bisa digunakan sebagai dasar perbaikan dan pemeliharaan untuk menjaga kualitas trek kereta api. Selain itu di Indonesia juga belum memiliki aturan baku dalam perhitungan kualitas jalan rel. Makalah ini membahas aspek sebelumnya.
Penelitian dilakukan menggunakan beberapa metodologi untuk mendapatkan nilai kualitas lintasan geometris yang disajikan dan dibandingkan satu sama lain, yaitu Perhitungan dengan metode perkeretaapian di Indonesia dan juga european standar (EN) yang digunakan di Eropa. Untuk membandingkan kedua metodologi ini, Analisis perhitungan diterapkan pada jalur kereta yang ada di Indonesia. Selain itu, dilakukan simulasi sistem multibody dynamic sebagai acuan perbandingan penilaian kualitas lintasan berdasarkan keamanan berkendara dan beban vertikal pada rel. Penelitian ini diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam perhitungan standar kualitas lintasan di Indonesia yang komprehensif dan dapat mengurangi permasalahan menurunnya kualitas jalan rel.
Dari hasil analisis respon dinamik kereta ditemukan nilai rekomendasi kecepatan dan TQI pada jalan rel. Lalu, hasil perbandingan terhadap standar EN (European Standard) dan simulasi menunjukkan TQI standar KAI kurang komprehensif, maka perlu dilengkapi dengan penilaian berdasarkan simpangan maksimum tiap parameter geometri jalan rel.

The train is one of the most popular modes of land transportation and is quite popular with all levels of society. As a means of mass transportation, trains are very efficient for a high number of passengers. In addition, the comfort and safety of passengers is an important factor that must be considered in maintaining the quality of the train. With the increasing number of train enthusiasts in Indonesia, it should be supported by adequate facilities, improving the quality of good trains is, of course, one of the efforts that can be done. Therefore it takes a Track Quality Index (TQI) value which is a statistical summary of the track geometry parameters measured over a given track length and effectively sums up a large number of measurements of each parameter for a given track segment. Some of the geometry parameters needed in determining the TQI are lift, lightweight, height, and track width. Reviewing the calculation of TQI values to predict standard recommendations that can be used as a basis for repair and maintenance to maintain the quality of railroad tracks. In addition, Indonesia does not yet have standard rules in calculating the quality of railroads. This paper discusses the previous aspect.
The study was conducted using several methodologies to get the quality values of the geometric paths presented and compared with each other, namely, the calculation using the railway method in Indonesia and also the European standard (EN) used in Europe. To compare these two methodologies, the calculation analysis is applied to existing rail lines in Indonesia. In addition, a multibody dynamic system simulation was carried out as a reference for comparing track quality assessments based on driving safety and vertical loads on the rails. This research is expected to be an input in the calculation of comprehensive track quality standards in Indonesia and can reduce the problem of decreasing the quality of the railway.
From the results of the analysis of the dynamic response of the train, it was found that the recommended values for the speed and TQI of the train were found. Then, the comparison results against the EN (European Standard) standard and simulations show that the KAI standard TQI is less comprehensive, so it needs to be equipped with an assessment based on the maximum deviation of each rail geometry parameter.
