Abstract
transformasi SBVR menjadi Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN).
SBVR berdasarkan dokumen formal.
========================================================================
Business process modeling was initially carried out as the first stage of software development. In its development, business processes have been used to identify bottlenecks, measure performance which is closely related to efficiency
and effectiveness of performance. To regulate the course of each process in an organization, a standard is needed as a guide. Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) documented formal process. There are problems related to business processes in the organization. First, the business processes that are documented in the organization's SOPs do not yet exist, causing a lack of understanding of the perpetrators of the
SOPs that are run by the organization. Second, the business process implementation is not in accordance with the business processes contained in the SOP. This is due to reasons for work efficiency or flexibility which are driven by difficulties in implementing formal business processes with conditions in the field. The problems found from informal documents are that the documents are unstructured, the processes described are not sequential, there are missing processes, and the results of the interviews contain statements that are not relevant to the subject matter (contain noise).
To solve the existing problems the implementation of three stages of research. The proposed method implemented in three main stages. First, the extraction of business processes from informal documents. The pre-processing resolves informal document issues that carried out before entering the stage of determining the Semantic Business Vocabulary and Rules (SBVR), the transformation of SBVR into (Business Process Modeling Notation (BPMN)). The method for modeling business processes from informal documents to SBVR is
called Informal Document to SBVR (ID2SBVRR). The second stage is modeling business processes that have inclusive (OR) and complex gateways using SBVR based on formal documents. At this stage, the business process mapping is carried out from the flow chart contained in the SOP into a BPMN. This business process modeling notation is expanded by adding a notation to the OR gateway and complex to complement the AND and XOR notations that have been discussed in previous studies. Third, determine the similarity of business processes between the business
processes of formal documents and informal documents by looking at the similarity semantically, structurally, and behavior.
The ID2SBVR method has succeeded in translating informal documents that are unstructured into structured ones with a high accuracy value of 0.91. The new notation of inclusive (OR) and complex gateways successfully represents 66.7% of
BPMN gateways in business rules. The BERT method has high accuracy in calculating the semantic similarity of business processes with deviation value 4.33%. The Jaccard method has high accuracy in calculating the structural similarity of business processes with deviation value 1.59%. The TARs method has high accuracy in calculating the behavioral similarity of business processes with deviation value 2.40%.
