Abstract

Kebijakan Kemendikbud dalam Surat Edaran Nomor 4 Tahun 2020 secara tidak langsung memaksa semua guru untuk mengalihkan metode pembelajaran dari luring menjadi daring. Permasalahan dalam transformasi pelaksanaan pembelajaran daring pasti akan selalu hadir, sehingga peran evaluasi diperlukan untuk mengetahui efektivitas ketercapaian program pembelajaran daring. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menentukan standar keberhasilan evaluasi dan mendapatkan hasil evaluasi dari proses pembelajaran daring di SMAS 10 Nopember Jember, serta memberikan rekomendasi kepada sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan Evaluation CIPP Model guna memenuhi 3 aspek penting dalam evaluasi bidang pendidikan yaitu input, transformasi, dan output. Subjek penelitian ini adalah guru matematika kelas 12 pengguna Google Classroom dan kepala sekolah.
Ada 7 tahap untuk mencapai tujuan penelitian ini, yaitu: (1) mengeksplorasi kondisi sekolah, (2) merancang perangkat evaluasi, (3) mengumpulkan data dan informasi menggunakan teknik telaah dokumen, wawancara, dan observasi langsung, (4) melakukan validasi data yang diperoleh, (5) menganalisis data dan menyajikan data, (6) melakukan evaluasi CIPP dengan penilaian aspek, dan (7) menarik kesimpulan dan memberikan rekomendasi kepada sekolah.
Hasil evaluasi proses pembelajaran daring di SMAS 10 Nopember Jember dalam penelitian ini menggunakan indikator dari Perangkat Akreditasi Sekolah Standar Nasional Pendidikan 2018, Keputusan Kemendikbud Nomor 209/P/2021, dan peraturan lainnya yang berlaku di sekolah tersebut. Berdasarkan indikator tersebut, dihasilkan bahwa komponen context dan input tergolong efektif karena hampir semua aspek patuh pada Perangkat Akreditasi yang diacu. Adapun nilai yang masih kurang dari standar yaitu di komponen context pada aspek kebutuhan pembelajaran daring, komponen process pada aspek metode pembelajaran daring, dan komponen product pada aspek hasil belajar siswa. Rekomendasi yang dapat diberikan antara lain memanfaatkan fasilitas bantuan kuota pemerintah, kerjasama sekolah dengan perusahaan penyedia layanan TI, menerapkan aplikasi penunjang pembelajaran matematika daring, menerapkan metode blended learning dan flipped classroom serta mengamati aktivitas siswa dalam aplikasi ClassDojo untuk penilaian sikap dan pembuatan portofolio siswa dengan media daring untuk penilaian keterampilan

The Ministry of Education and Culture's policy in Circular Number 4 of 2020 indirectly force all teachers to switch learning methods from offline to online. Problems in the transformation of the implementation of online learning will always be present, so the role of evaluation is needed to determine the effectiveness of the achievement of online learning programs. This study aims to determine the standard of evaluation success and obtain evaluation results from the online learning process at SMAS 10 November Jember, as well as provide recommendations to schools. This study uses the Evaluation CIPP Model to fulfill 3 important aspects in the evaluation of the education sector, namely input, transformation, and output. The subject of this research is the 12th grade math teacher using Google Classroom and the principal.
There are 7 stages to achieve the objectives of this research, namely: (1) exploring school conditions, (2) designing evaluation tools, (3) collecting data and information using document review, interview, and direct observation techniques, (4) validating the data collected. obtained, (5) analyze the data and present the data, (6) evaluate the CIPP with aspect assessment, and (7) draw conclusions and provide recommendations to schools.
The results of the evaluation of the online learning process at SMAS 10 November Jember in this study used indicators from the 2018 National Education Standard School Accreditation Toolkit, Decree of the Ministry of Education and Culture Number 209/P/2021, and other regulations that apply to the school. Based on these indicators, it is concluded that the context and input components are considered effective because almost all aspects comply with the referred Accreditation Toolkit. The values that are still less than the standard are in the context component on the aspect of online learning needs, the process component on the online learning method aspect, and the product component on the aspect of student learning outcomes. Recommendations that can be given include taking advantage of government quota assistance facilities, school collaboration with IT service providers, implementing online mathematics learning support applications, applying blended learning and flipped classroom methods and observing student activities in the ClassDojo application for attitude assessment and student portfolio creation using media. online for skills assessment.
