Abstract

Tahu adalah makanan tradisional yang digemari oleh masyarakat di Indonesia karena harganya relatif murah dan gizinya yang tinggi. Pada tahun 2019, dicatat bahwa konsumsi tahu per minggu masyarakat di Indonesia mencapai hingga 0,15 kg per kapita. Di Indonesia, UMKM tahu masih sangat menjunjung tinggi ketradisionalan dalam proses bisnis dan proses pembuatannya. Maka dari itu, muncul berbagai permasalahan, salah satunya adalah penggunaan teknologi untuk menunjang bisnisnya. UMKM Tahu BK, memiliki permasalahan dalam sistem pencatatan pesanan. Metode pencatatan yang masih menggunakan cara manual cenderung memakan waktu dan membuat proses perendaman kedelai dapat terlambat. Maka dari itu, diperlukan sebuah penghubung, agar proses pencatatan pesanan bisa dilakukan dengan lebih cepat dan minim kesalahan. Penghubung itu diwujudkan dalam pembuatan sistem informasi dengan metode design thinking. Pada penelitian ini, dihasilkan prototype website yang dapat digunakan untuk memesan, absen, kontrol stock, dan membuat beberapa laporan seperti invoice, slip gaji, dan laporan keuangan sederhana. Berdasarkan SUS score, dihasilkan rata-rata sebesar 80 yang berarti “good”. Namun, masih terdapat dua generasi yang memiliki hasil SUS di bawah rata-rata, yaitu 43 dan 65

Tofu is a traditional food favored by people in Indonesia because of its relatively
cheap price and high nutritional value. In 2019, it was noted that the weekly
consumption of tofu in Indonesia reached 0.15 kg per capita. In Indonesia, tofu
SMEs still highly uphold tradition in their business processes and manufacturing
processes. Therefore, various problems arise, one of which is the use of technology
to support their business. MSME Tahu BK, has problems in the order recording
system. Recording methods that still use the manual method tend to be time
consuming and make the soybean soaking process late. Therefore, we need a
connector, so that the order recording process can be done more quickly and with
minimal errors. The connector is manifested in the creation of an information
system using the design thinking method. In this study, a prototype website was
produced that can be used to order, attendance, control stock, and make several
reports such as invoices, salary slips, and simple financial reports. Based on the
SUS score, an average of 80 is obtained which means "good". However, there are
still two generations that have SUS results below the average, namely 43 and 65.
