Abstract
Bandara Soekarno Hatta merupakan bandara tersibuk di Indonesia bahkan di dunia. Berdasarkan data Forecast Passenger and Aircraft Movement Soekarno-Hatta International Airport yang dilakukan oleh Corporate Strategic Planning & Performance Management dari PT. Angkasa Pura II, jumlah penumpang pertahun dari Bandara Soekarno Hatta selalu mengalami peningkatan. Permasalahan peningkatan jumlah penumpang ini dapat berdampak pada penurunan level of service (LOS).
Untuk mengantisipasi adanya lonjakan pengguna bandara tersebut pemerintah memutuskan untuk membangun suatu terminal baru yang mampu menampung penumpang yang direncanakan oleh Kementrian Perhubungan dengan meninjau pertumbuhan jumlah penumpang setiap tahun nya. Pertumbuhan jumlah penumpang setiap tahun dari Bandara Soekarno hatta ini dijadikan target peramalan kapasitas penumpang yang dibutuhkan untuk Terminal 4. Dengan adanya pembangunan Terminal 4 maka perlu dilakukan analisis jarak dan waktu berjalan penumpang sesuai dengan nilai LOS yang di tentukan oleh IATA.
Analisis dan perhitungan menggunakan kerangka kerja LOS dari IATA (International Air Transport Association) dan untuk jarak berjalan akan menggunakan ketentuan menurut John J. Fruin. Dilakukan analisis tiap tipe layout desain terminal bandara terhadap jarak berjalan. Kesesuaian tersebut dibatasi dengan jarak berjalan para penumpang antara setiap titik pemrosesan serta waktu pemrosesan. Untuk terminal keberangkatan jarak berjalan para penumpang akan dihitung dari area kerb hingga area ruang tunggu. Sedangkan terminal kedatangan jarak berjalan para penumpang akan dihitung dari hall kedatangan hingga area kerb.
Hasil analisis Tugas Akhir didapatkan jumlah penumpang pada saat peak-hour sebanyak 8.421 pada tahun 2031. Total seluruh luas Terminal 4 Bandara Soekarno Hatta pada tahun 2031 adalah 193.000 m2 . Dari analisis tiap tipe design Terminal didapatkan bahwa jarak berjalan dan waktu tempuh terjauh adalah linear dan yang terdekat adalah kombinasi.

Soekarno Hatta Airport is the busiest airport in Indonesia and even in the world. Based on data on the Forecast of Passenger and Aircraft Movement of Soekarno-Hatta International Airport conducted by Corporate Strategic Planning & Performance Management of PT. Angkasa Pura II, the number of passengers per year from Soekarno Hatta Airport always increases. The problem of increasing the number of passengers can have an impact on decreasing the level of service (LOS).
To anticipate the existence of these user goals, the government decided on a new terminal capable of building passengers, which was planned by the Ministry of Transportation by reviewing the number of passengers every year. The growth in the number of passengers every year from Soekarno Hatta Airport is used as a target for forecasting the passengers needed for Terminal 4. With the construction of Terminal 4, it is necessary to analyze the distance and walking time of passengers according to the LOS value determined by IATA.
Analysis and calculations using the LOS framework from IATA (International Air Transport Association) and for the walking distance will use the provisions according to John J. Fruin. An analysis of each type of airport terminal design layout is carried out within walking distance. The suitability is limited by the walking distance of the passengers between each point in time and time. For departures, the walking distance of the passengers will be calculated from the sidewalk area to the waiting room area. While the arrival of the terminal, the walking distance of the passengers will be calculated from the arrival hall to the sidewalk area.
The results of the Final Project analysis showed that the number of passengers at peak hours was 8,421 in 2031. The total area of Terminal 4 Soekarno Hatta Airport in 2031 was 193,000 m2. From the analysis of each type of Terminal design, it is found that walking and the farthest travel time are linear and the closest is a combination.
