Abstract

Seiring berjalannya dunia otomotif di Indonesia, kendaraan mobil kini mulai menjadi barang hobi, para penghobi mobil menganggap mobil mereka adalah partner hidup dan ingin mobilnya selalu dalam kondisi terbaik dari segi mesin, interior, dan eksterior. Dalam menjaga kondisi interior dan eksterior salah satu solusinya menggunakan jasa car detailing, Bengkel Detailing Jawa Barat merupakan bengkel yang menyediakan jasa car detailing untuk membuat kondisi interior dan eksterior mobil dapat kembali prima setelah digunakan sekian lama. Seiring berkembangnya jumlah para penghobi mobil di daerah Jabodetabek, pihak Bengkel Detailing Jawa Barat tidak dapat memenuhi permintaan jasa car detailing tiap bulan yang meningkat sehingga saat ini pihak perusahaan menggunakan sistem reservasi dan para pelanggan harus menunggu hingga pelanggan tersebut dapat dilayani setelah pelanggan yang lebih dahulu reservasi selesai. Untuk memecahkan permasalahan tersebut penelitian ini dibuat dengan menggunakan metode siklus produktivitas MEPIS agar perusahaan dapat meningkatkan produktivitasnya secara berkelanjutan dibantu dengan Objective Matrix untuk pengukuran produktivitas dan dibantu dengan Fishbone Diagram dalam melakukan evaluasi. Didapatkan faktor yang mempengaruhi produktivitas adalah faktor penggunaan energi dan waktu pengerjaan setiap mobil, dilakukan improvement dalam bidang manusia, mesin, metode, dan lingkungan dengan hasil efisiensi penggunaan listrik sebesar 28% dan efisiensi waktu pengerjaan proses car detailing sebesar 6% yang dapat menambahkan kapasitas pelayanan sebanyak satu mobil tiap bulannya.

As the automotive world in Indonesia has progressed, car vehicles are now starting to become a hobby item, car hobbyists consider their car to be a life partner and want their car to always be in the best condition in terms of engine, interior, and exterior. In maintaining the condition of the interior and exterior, one solution is to use car detailing services, West Java Detailing Workshop is a workshop that provides car detailing services to make the interior and exterior conditions of the car return to prime after only being used for a while. As the number of car hobbyists in the Jabodetabek area grows, the West Java Detailing Workshop cannot meet the increasing demand for car detailing services every month so that currently the company uses a reservation system and customers have to wait until the customer can be served after the customer has completed the reservation. . To solve this problem, this research was made using the MEPIS productivity cycle method so that companies can increase their productivity in a sustainable manner assisted by an Objective Matrix to measure productivity and assisted by Fishbone Diagrams in conducting evaluations. It was found that the factors that affect productivity are the energy use and working time of each car, the improvements made in the fields of humans, machines, methods, and the environment with the results of electricity usage efficiency of 28% and car detailing time efficiency of 6% which can add service capacity one car per month.
