Abstract

Perkembangan kereta api didunia sudah sangat pesat dapat dilihat dengan berkembangnya kereta cepat yang dapat mencapai kecepatan lebih dari dua ratus km/jam. Namun perkembangan kereta cepat di Indonesia untuk saat ini hanya perencanaan kereta cepat Jakarta-Bandung. Untuk rute Surabaya-Banyuwangi belum memiliki rencana pengembangan kereta cepat, hal ini dikarenakan perencanaan kereta cepat memiliki kecepatan yang tinggi, yang dalam hal ini mempengaruhi radius dari lengkung horizontal dan lengkung vertikal jalur kereta. Selain itu pengalokasian ruang untuk pengoperasian kereta cepat yang berbeda harus disesuaikan dengan kondisi di Indonesia. Peraturan terkait kereta cepat di Indonesia untuk saat ini belum ada, sehingga pembangunan kereta cepat harus menggunakan peraturan dari negara luar. Oleh karena itu diperlukan studi untuk merencanakan kereta cepat Surabaya-Banyuwangi.
Dalam tugas akhir ini dilakukan pemilihan peraturan untuk perencanaan kereta cepat di Indonesia, pemilihan trase, dan perencanaan geometrik. Metode yang digunakan adalah perbandingan peraturan kereta cepat dari negara China (Code for Design of High-speed Railway, TB10621-2009) , Swedia (Spårgeometrihandboken : Track geometry handbook, BVF 586.41, BVH 586.40), dan Jerman ( Netzinfrastruktur Technik entwerfen; Linienführung (Net Infrastructure Technical Draft; Alignment, 900.0110). Perencanaan geometrik yang dilakukan adalah perhitungan alinyemen horizontal dan alinyemen vertical,sesuai dengan spesifikasi kereta cepat CRH1A/B/E.
Hasil yang diperoleh dari tugas akhir ini adalah pemilihan peraturan dari China(Code for Design of High-speed Railway, TB10621-2009). Trase kereta cepat Surabaya-Banyuwangi mebentang sepanjang 269,703 km dan melalui 3 stasiun.. Hasil tersebut diharapkan dapat menjadi masukan dalam pengembangan kereta cepat di provinsi Jawa Timur.

The development of railways in the world has been very rapid, todays high-speed train can reach speeds of more than two hundred km per hour. But the development of high-speed trains in Indonesia for now is only the planning of the Jakarta-Bandung high-speed train. The development for the Surabaya-Banyuwangi high-speed train route is unplanned, because high-speed train has a high speed, this affects the radius of the horizontal curve and vertical curve of the train line. In addition, the allocation of space for the operation of high-speed trains must be adjusted to the conditions in Indonesia. Regulations related to high-speed trains in Indonesia for now do not exist, so the construction for high-speed trains must use regulations from foreign countries. Therefore, it is necessary to study to plan the Surabaya-Banyuwangi high-speed train.
This final project, do the selection of regulations for high-speed train planning in Indonesia, trase selection, and geometric planning. The method is a comparison of high speed rail from China (Code for Design of High-speed Railway, TB10621-2009) , Swedia (Spårgeometrihandboken : Track geometry handbook, BVF 586.41, BVH 586.40), dan Germany ( Netzinfrastruktur Technik entwerfen; Linienführung (Net Infrastructure Technical Draft; Alignment , 900.0110). The Geometric planning is the calculation of horizontal alinement and vertical alinement according to the specifications of the high-speed train CRH1A/B/E.
The result from this final task is China (Code for Design of High-speed Railway, TB10621-2009) used for the regulations. The Surabaya-Banyuwangi high-speed train trase along 269,703 km and 3 station along. The result is expected to be an reference in the development of high-speed trains in East Java province.
