Abstract
Every bank sector is required to have a disciplined view and attitude within the environment to increase the smooth flow of employee productivity, work discipline is the most important function of human resource management and is related to the management of resources for a company. This research is using a quantitative method with SPSS regression tools. Data were collected by distributing questionnaires to the employees via google form and also using non-standardized interviews one-to-one by telephone interviews. The population in this research is 133 employees working at ABC bank, with 72 respondents. The primary goal of this study is to research the effect of work discipline on employee performance at ABC bank, Papua New Guinea. The survey was designed to find out about the effect of work discipline that affects employee performance at ABC bank in Papua New Guinea. The results showed that employee training and development is the main factor followed by the working environment and employee competencies and motivation contribute small to the effect of work discipline on employee performance at the ABC bank.
