Abstract

Dilatarbelakangi oleh permasalahan yang dialami oleh pelaku usaha kuliner di Indonesia selama masa pandemi, meliputi pemberlakuan pembatasan makan di tempat, tingginya beban sewa lokasi, operasional, dan sdm namun tidak diimbangi dengan pemasukan omzet yang cukup bahkan cenderung turun drastis. PT Kuliner Bersama Deligo hadir untuk menjawab permasalahan tersebut dengan menawarkan solusi efisiensi operasional dan kemudahan membuka cabang. Deligo Cloud Kitchen merupakan operator bisnis kuliner dan penyedia ruang dapur bersama yang berfokus pada Online Food Delivery. Lokasi dapur berada di titik strategis yang memiliki potensi pasar besar (permukiman padat penduduk, kampus, mall, dan tempat publik). Deligo menerapkan biaya sewa bulanan dan ditambah dengan persentase bagi hasil. Selain ruang dapur, Deligo juga memberikan banyak fasilitas dan layanan pendukung berupa manajemen konsultasi sales, foto produk, dukungan KOL management, dan memiliki layanan “pesan sekaligus” yang bekerjasama dengan aggregator. Serta skema autopilot yang dimana seluruh kebutuhan operasional, sdm dan peralatan menjadi tanggungjawab Deligo. Untuk mempercepat ekspansi, Deligo menerapkan skema kerjasama bagi hasil untuk pemilik bangunan Diranah pemasaran, Deligo menerapkan pendekatan dengan franchisor brand kuliner, komunitas pengusaha, online advertising, social media marketing, dan door to door approach kepada brand tertentu. Hingga saat ini, Deligo telah memiliki 2 cabang lokasi yaitu Tenggilis dan Manyar dengan total 20 brand partners yang sudah bergabung dan akan terus bertambah seiring berjalan waktu. Ke depan Deligo akan berfokus pada ekspansi dan kapasitas dapur serta melakukan pendekatan pendanaan ronde seed funding pada Q1-2022 dan pra-seri A pada Q3-2022 bersama beberapa venture capital potensial dalam bidang kuliner.

Understanding the problems which are experienced by businessmen in Indonesia amidst
the pandemic, including the enforcement of limitation of dine-in, the high cost of renting
locations, operation costs, and human resources but it is not being matched by the sufficient
income and even worse tends to drop significantly. In this case, PT Kuliner Bersama Deligo is
here to answer these problems by offering solutions for operational efficiency and ease of
opening branches. Deligo Cloud Kitchen is a culinary business operator and shared kitchen
space provider that focuses on Online Food Delivery. The kitchen’s location is at a strategic
point that has a large market potential (densely populated area, campus, mall, and public
spaces). Deligo applies monthly rental fee plus a percentage of profit sharing with many
supporting facilities and services in the form of sales consulting management, product photos,
the support of KOL management, and has “order at once” service in collaboration of aggregator.
In addition to the kitchen space, Deligo also has an autopilot scheme which all operational
needs, human resources, and equipment are provided by Deligo. To accelerate the expansion,
Deligo implements a profit sharing cooperation scheme for building owners. For the marketing
aspect, Deligo applies an approach with culinary brand’s franchisors, entrepreneur community,
online advertising, social media marketing, and a door to door approach to certain brands. Until
today, Deligo has two location branches which are located in Tenggilis and Manyar with a total
of 20 brand partners that have joined us and the number will continue to grow along time. In
the future, Deligo will focus on the expansion and kitchen capacity as well as doing the funding
approach round seed funding in Q1-2022 and pre-series A in Q3-2022 with several potential
venture capital in the culinary field.
